A scroll compressor, in which as a coolant is applied a mixture coolant obtained by mixing at least one or more kinds selected from a group of hydro fluoro carbon, within a closed container thereof, comprising: an electricmotor; a rotary scroll driven with said electric motor; and a stationary scroll, whereby forming a scroll compression mechanism between said rotary scroll for compressing said coolant, wherein said scroll compression mechanism comprises: Oldham ring for supporting said rotary scroll so that said rotary scroll perform a gyrating movement with respect to said stationary scroll without spinning around an axis thereof; and a frame for supporting said Oldham ring in movable manner for purpose of achieving supporting of said rotary scroll mentioned above, wherein said Oldham ring is formed from sintered alloy of iron group, while said frame and said rotary scroll are formed from cast iron, and after treating a steam process thereon, a sliding surface of said Oldham ring is machined by means of an end mill.

Scroll compressor

There is provided a stamper for producing a recording medium exhibiting excellent durability and capable of stably forming projections and pits and a method of producing the stamper. A stamper for producing a recording medium comprising projections and pits in a predetermined pattern on the surface thereof, wherein a value of tan .theta..sup.-1 obtainable from an enlargement angle .theta. of an output from a cartridge with respect to an enlargement of an output denoting a load measured by a test of scratching the surface having the projections and pits under conditions that a diameter of a stylus is 100 .mu.m and a loading speed of 1 .mu.m/second is 1.3 or more.

Stamper for producing recording medium

A rotary compressor has a compression chamber defined by a rolling piston which is eccentrically rotated in a cylinder by a rotary shaft including an eccentric crank portion, and by a blade which slides in a groove formed in the cylinder and of which the tip contacts an outer-peripheral surface of the rolling piston. In such a rotary compressor, abnormal wear in the contact portion between the rolling piston and the blade can be prevented as follows: Assuming that the rotation angle of the rolling piston when the blade is located at a start position of reciprocating motion is zero degrees, the contact surface of the blade which is in contact with the rolling piston is formed to have a curvature of substantially zero and as a flat surface when the rotation angle of the rolling piston is about 90 degrees and about 270 degrees and the pressing force of the blade with respect to the rolling piston reaches the maximum value; and also, a material which has an elastic modulus lower than that of the material of the rolling piston which is highly self-lubricative is used for the blade.

Rotary compressor and blade tip structure

A roller of a rotary type compressor is made of an iron base alloy essentially consisting of 2.0 to 3.9% carbon, 2.0 to 3.0% Si, 0.3 to 1.0% Mn, up to 0.10% S, more than zero and not more than 0.50% V, 0.3 to 1.0% P, 0.01 to 0.5% Sb, and balance of Fe and incidental impurities. Preferably, the iron base alloy further includes 0.001 to 0.5% B. This roller is suitable when hydrofluorocarbon is used as a refrigerant.

Iron-base alloy for rotary type compressors

The object of the present invention is to provide sliding members having preferable lubrication and seizure resistance. Sliding members comprising a columnar texture which is composed from at least one of metal nitrides, metal oxides, metal carbides, and metals on a base member, wherein the columnar texture is composed of assemblies of fine columnar asperities, with intervals formed between the columnar asperities being connected to each other so as to form a net work, and with gaseous, liquid, or solid lubricants being maintained in the intervals. The mutually connected intervals in the columnar texture are superior in filling and holding of lubricants, and the above described superiorities improve lubrication and seizure resistance and extend sliding life.

Sliding member, a method for producing same, and usages of same

A method of manufacturing sintered Al-Si series alloy parts having complex configurations such as scroll shaped parts wherein Al-Si series alloy powder solidified via rapid cooling prepared by adding effective components such as Si, Cu, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zr and Ce to Al is compression molded, the molded body is sintered by heating via an electrical current conduction in a form of a plasma discharge and then the sintered body is worked by pressing, thereby the parts having complex configurations of light weight, high mechanical strength and toughness is manufactured with a simple installation and reduced processing manhours, and with a high efficiency and at a low cost.

Method of manufacturing sintered aluminum alloy parts

The disclosure is concerned with a thermal land machine which comprises a heat resistant wall for confining a chamber; a heat resistant composite structure disposed in the chamber and in contact with a hot flowing gas; and an apparatus for introducing the hot gas toward the surface of the composite structure. The composite structure including a heat resistant substrate and a continuous refractory coating formed on the substrate and made of a ceramic material. The refractory coating includes at least two layers in a laminated structure each having fine cracks substantially extended in the direction of the thickness of each of the layers and filled with a refractory material in such a manner that the filled cracks in one layer are disconnected with the filled cracks in the adjacent layer. Therefore, the hot gas cannot permeate into the surface of the substrate.
