Provided is a resin composition comprising: and a unit (a-2) represented by the following formula (a-2) (wherein, W represents a Calkylene group or a Ccycloalkylene group, R represents a branched or linear-chain Calkyl group or a Ccycloalkyl group optionally substituted, and m represents an integer of 0 to 10) and an acrylic resin (B), and the polycarbonate resin and the acrylic resin are in a weight ratio of 40:60 to 99:1, wherein the resin composition has a single glass transition temperature, which is in the range of 90&#xb0; C. to 150&#xb0; C., and the resin composition has excellent transparency, chemical resistance, surface hardness and heat resistance, and has a low photoelastic coefficient.

A multilayer body includes at least one layer (C) including a resin composition; and at least one layer (D) including a thermoplastic resin, in which the resin composition includes a polycarbonate resin (A) and an acrylic resin (B) in a weight ratio of 40:60 to 99:1, the polycarbonate resin (A) includes, as main repeating units, a unit (a-1) represented by the following formula (a-1): and a unit (a-2) represented by the following formula (a-2): wherein W represents an alkylene group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms or a cycloalkylene group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms, R represents a branched or linear alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, or a cycloalkyl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms and optionally having a substituent, and m represents an integer of 0 to 10, and the molar ratio of the unit (a-1) and the unit (a-2) (a-1/a-2) is 40/60 to 95/5. The multilayer body has excellent transparency, chemical resistance, surface hardness, and adhesion.

Multilayer body

A multi-layer film having excellent surface hardness and transparency, a small heat shrinkage factor and such high brittleness that it is easily trimmed after decorative molding. The multi-layer film comprises a layer (layer A) which contains a polycarbonate resin having a viscosity average molecular weight of 13,000 or more to less than 20,000 and layers (layer B-1 and layer B-2) which contain an acrylic resin and are formed on both sides of the layer A, respectively, wherein the total thickness of the multi-layer film is 50 to 200 &#x3bc;m, and the thickness of the layer A accounts for 5 to 30 $ of the total thickness.
