A check-in determination apparatusconfigured to determine check-in indicating that a terminalhas entered a geofence which is a prescribed geographic area includes: a related geofence information storage unitconfigured to store related geofence information in which a related geofence which is another geofence is correlated with each geofence on the basis of a distance to the geofence; a check-in determination unitconfigured to determine check-in of the terminalsequentially with respect to each of the geofences. When it is determined that the terminalhas checked into one geofence, the check-in determination unitexcludes the related geofence correlated with the one geofence in the related geofence information stored by the related geofence information storage unitfrom determination targets in subsequent determination.

A server performs: acquiring measurement data of a mobile terminal; extracting fixed AP measurement data of a specific fixed AP; extracting measurement data including a measurement time of which a difference from the measurement time in the fixed AP measurement data is equal to or less than a threshold value, position information of which a difference from a position of the specific fixed AP is equal to or less than a threshold value, and a reception intensity of which a difference from the reception intensity in the fixed AP measurement data is equal to or less than a threshold value as target measurement data and to set the radio access point corresponding to the target measurement data as a target AP; and determining whether the target AP corresponds to a fixed AP on the basis of the measurement data corresponding to the target AP and the fixed AP measurement data.

A digital rights management system () includes a content server () that stores contents created by content creators, a mobile device () that acquires and uses a desired content from the content server, and a data preservation server () that preserves the content used by the mobile device so as to enable the content to be uploaded and downloaded. The content server is configured to create rights information for the content, the rights information containing availability of backup saving of the content in the data preservation server, and to deliver the content and the rights information to the mobile device in response to a request from the mobile device. Digital right management system, content server, and mobile terminal

A data backup system includes a mobile device, a data storing apparatus for backup-saving user data used in the mobile device, and a user management apparatus for managing user information about a user using the mobile device, where the device and apparatuses communicate with each other. When the mobile device is a replacement for an old mobile device, the user management apparatus stores and manages a device ID of the mobile device in association with an old device ID of the old mobile device and personal identification information of a user using the mobile device and who has used the old mobile device. When downloading old user data previously used in the old mobile device from the data storing apparatus, the mobile device creates and transmits a user data acquiring request message with an old device user data acquiring request flag activated to the data storing apparatus. If the flag is set in the user data acquiring request message, the data storing apparatus verifies identification of the user with respect to the user management apparatus. If the identification of the user of the mobile device and the old mobile device is verified, the data storing apparatus retrieves and transmits the old user data to the mobile device.

An information providing server comprises a first transmission device for transmitting image data to a communication terminal, a first conversion device for converting attached information attached to the image data into converted information of a format suitable for aural read-out, a second conversion device for converting the converted information into voice information, a second transmission device for transmitting the voice information and/or the converted information to the communication terminal, and a third transmission device for transmitting synchronizing information for synchronizing image data with the voice information on a screen of the communication terminal.
