Provided are an ejection device with reduced weight without reducing an ejection speed of an ejected object and a flying object including the ejection device. An ejection deviceincludes a piston member, a cylinderwhich accommodates the piston memberand is provided with a hole portionfor allowing the piston memberto project outward during operation, a push-up memberpushed up in one direction by the piston member, an ejected objectpushed up while being supported by the push-up member, and a gas generatorwhich moves the piston memberin the cylinder, and in the ejection device, the push-up memberhas a support portiondisposed on a distal end side of the piston memberwith a tip of the piston memberin a moving direction of the piston memberset as a reference.
