A light source device including a light guide plate and a light source, in which the light guide plate includes an incident surface on which light emitted from the light source is incident, an emission surface emitting light incident from the incident surface, and a propagating reflection surface which is a surface opposite to the emission surface and which propagates and reflects the light incident from the incident surface toward the emission surface, the propagating reflection surface has approximately V-shaped grooves and the V-shaped grooves have two kinds of grooves.

An input operation device according to the present disclosure includes first to third light-emitting sections, a first light guide body, and a second light guide body. A lower end of the first light guide body faces the first light-emitting section and the second light-emitting section. The first mark emits light on the first light guide body when light is incident on the first light guide body from the first light-emitting section, and the second mark emits light on the first light guide body when light is incident on the first light guide body from the second light-emitting section. The upper surface section of the second light guide body emits light when light is incident on the second light guide body from the third light-emitting section. Provided a light guide () including side surfaces on which light is incident, a reflection prism surface having plural prisms () on which light is reflected, and a light emitting surface from which the light is emitted, in which the reflection prism surface includes a first region (PA) in which a pitch of the prisms () varies and a second region (TA) in which a depth of the prisms () varies. In the light guide (), the first region is arranged in the side surface on which the light is incident, and a second region (TA) is arranged adjacent to the first region and in an inward side of the light guide ().

Light guide

Light radiated from a light source is gathered by an oval mirror. The gathered light is incident on one end of a rod-shaped optical integrator, integrated and made uniform within the optical integrator, and is radiated from the other end of the optical integrator. The light from the optical integrator is diffused and projected on an exposure area of a display tube by a lens system. The lens system presents an astigmatism, thereby forming a first virtual focus and a second virtual focus on its virtual image area. The diffused light is apparently diffused vertically at the first virtual focus and apparently diffused horizontally at the second virtual focus. The first vertical focus and the second vertical focus correspond respectively in position to the positions of the vertical deflection means and horizontal deflection means of the display tube. Therefore, the directions of the exposure light beams which shed light on green, blue, and red dots are in agreement with the directions of the deflected electron beams. As a result, the deflected electron beams can sweep over the green, blue, and red dots accurately in synchronization with image signals.

Exposure equipment for display tube fabrication

There is provided an apparatus of inspecting a packaged state by scanning a packaged printed circuit board with a fine light beam and detecting reflection beams of the fine light beam in a plurality of directions. A fine light beam emitted from a light source is scanned on the packaged printed circuit board substantially vertically thereto by means of a polygon mirror and a light projection f.theta. lens. An optical path correcting system receives reflection beams scattered from the packaged printed circuit board and corrects optical paths of the reflection beams. The correction is done in such a way that reflection beams having constant directional vectors regardless of the change of the scanning position of the fine light beam are received and guided to light receiving positions complying with a height at a scanning position on a plurality of photoelectric conversion devices. Through this, the packaged state of parts is inspected at a high speed, with high accuracy and over a wide range without expanding the light receiving area of the photoelectric conversion device and without causing characteristics of triogonometrical survey to change with the scanning position.
