A gas turbine facility includes: a fuel pipe connected to a fuel supply facility; a fuel supply pipe connected to a combustor of a gas turbine; a fuel treating pipe connected to a fuel treating apparatus that treats a fuel; and a three-way valve having an inlet port connected to the fuel pipe, a first outlet port connected to the fuel supply pipe, and a second outlet port connected to the fuel treating pipe.

A gas turbine cogeneration system includes: a gas turbine; a first fuel supply facility for supplying a first fuel to the combustor; a second fuel supply facility for supplying a second fuel with a calorific value per mass lower than the first fuel; a heat recovery steam generator for generating steam using exhaust gas discharged from the turbine; a steam supply line for supplying steam discharged from the heat recovery steam generator to a steam consumer; a steam extraction line for supplying steam extracted from the steam supply line to both a head end side of the combustor and a turbine side of the combustor; and a fuel control part for controlling the first and second fuel supply facilities so that the amount of the first fuel decreases and the amount of the second fuel increases with a decrease in extraction amount of steam by the steam extraction line.

Gas turbine cogeneration system, method of operating gas turbine cogeneration system, and method of modifying gas turbine cogeneration system

A gas turbine cogeneration system includes a denitration control part for outputting to a denitration device a control command to set the amount of NOx emissions at a heat recovery steam generator outlet not more than a boiler outlet target value. The denitration control part is configured to generate the control command with reference to at least a first addition amount of a reducing agent obtained by calculation based on a NOx parameter which is a parameter correlated with the amount of NOx emissions at a turbine outlet.

Gas turbine cogeneration system and method of operating the same

A gas turbine combustor includes a vane, a plurality of supports, and a pressure dynamics damping hole. The vane is disposed at the outer circumferential side of the combustion liner. The plurality of supports are disposed at an inner side of the combustion casing for fixing the vane. The pressure dynamics damping hole is formed in the combustion liner at a position corresponding to the vane for communication with the combustion chamber.

Provided is a burner of double tube structure including an outer tube and an inner tube. The inner tube includes a tip-side support portion fixed on the outer tube, a base-side support portion fixed on the outer tube, a main body portion supported by the tip-side support portion, bellows interposed between the main body portion and the base-side support portion, and a bulkhead member attached at a position between the tip-side support portion and the base-side support portion. Between an outer peripheral surface of the bulkhead member and an inner peripheral surface of the outer tube, a second gap smaller than a first gap between an outermost peripheral surface of the bellows and the inner peripheral surface of the outer tube is interposed.

A hydrogen content fuel can be stably ignited using a gaseous fuel that does not contain hydrogen and dispersibility of the hydrogen content fuel is enhanced. A gas turbine combustor including a burner including: a startup fuel pipe in which a startup fuel circulates; a first main fuel pipe in which a main fuel circulates, a second main fuel pipe in which the main fuel circulates; a fuel mixer to which the startup fuel pipe and the first main fuel pipe are connected; an inner fuel nozzle to which the fuel mixer is connected; a plurality of outer fuel nozzles to which the second main fuel pipe is connected; a startup fuel control valve provided in the startup fuel pipe; a first fuel control valve provided in the first main fuel pipe; and a second fuel control valve provided in the second main fuel pipe.

A gas turbine combustor is equipped with a transition piece assembly of the combustor, the transition piece assembly includes a transition piece, a frame which is installed on the downstream side (an outlet part) of the transition piece and a seal member which is installed on a coupled part of the aforementioned frame and a turbine-side stator vane part and blocks flowing of compressed air from a compressor into the aforementioned turbine side through a gap of the coupled part, and a projection member is provided on an outer circumference of the aforementioned frame, a movement suppression mechanism for matching the aforementioned projection member and suppressing possible movement of the aforementioned seal member is provided on the aforementioned seal member, the movement suppression mechanism and the aforementioned projection members fit together and thereby the aforementioned seal member is fixed to the frame.

A gas turbine combustor includes multiple aft frames each having a floating seal that seals a gap between an aft frame and a gas turbine in inner and outer peripheries of the aft frame, and a side seal that seals a gap between the aft frames adjacent to each other in a circumferential direction, and a corner seal that is placed in a gap portion provided between corner portions of the aft frames adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction, seals air leaking from at least the gap portion into the gas turbine side, and is independent of the floating seal and the side seal.

In a gas turbine combustor including: a tubular liner that forms a combustion chamber; and a burner including an air hole plate that is arranged at an inlet of the liner and includes a plurality of air holes for guiding compressed air to the combustion chamber, and a plurality of fuel nozzles that are arranged on a side opposite to the combustion chamber with the air hole plate being sandwiched therebetween, the plurality of fuel nozzles each injecting a fuel toward a corresponding air hole, the air holes and the fuel nozzles forming a plurality of concentric annular lines, a plurality of small holes having opening diameters smaller than those of the air holes are provided through the air hole plate such that the plurality of small holes are positioned in an inner area of an innermost annular line of the air holes.

A gas turbine combustor that mixes fuel with compressed air guided from a compressor to burn the fuel mixed with the compressed air to generate a combustion gas and supplies the generated combustion gas to a turbine is provided with: an inner cylinder forming a combustion chamber thereinside; an outer cylinder that covers the inner cylinder and forms, between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder, a cylindrical outer peripheral flow path through which the compressed air flows; an end cover closing the end of the outer cylinder on an opposite side from a side the turbine is located; and a turn guide provided at the end on the end cover side of the inner cylinder, protruding from the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder toward the outer cylinder and smoothly connected to the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylinder.

A flame produced within a premixer is promptly extinguished and a reduction in output power of a gas turbine associated with extinguishment is suppressed. In a gas turbine combustor including a diffusion burner and a premixed burner, the premixed burner is configured with a burner liner that surrounds the diffusion burner; a burner casing that surrounds the burner liner; a plurality of vanes that separate a cylindrical space between the burner liner and the burner casing into a plurality of premixers arranged side by side in a circumferential direction; a plurality of premixed fuel nozzles that inject a premixed fuel to the premixers; at least one thermometer installed to be buried in one of the vanes, and the like, and in a case in which a detection value of the thermometer exceeds a corresponding set value, an opening of each of premixed gas control valves is reduced and an opening of a diffusion gas control valve is increased in such a manner that a sum of flow rates of fuels supplied to the diffusion burner and the premixed burner remains unchanged.
