A reinforcing film comprises a pressure sensitive adhesive layer laminated and fixed on a principal surface of a film substrate. The pressure sensitive adhesive layer is formed of a photocurable composition containing a photocurable agent and a base polymer having a crosslinked structure. The gel fraction of the photocurable composition is preferably 60% or more. The shear storage elastic modulus at 25° C. of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer is preferably 1×10to 1.2×10Pa. The shear storage elastic modulus at 25° C. of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer after photocuring is preferably 1.5×10to 2×10Pa.

Reinforcing film

A reinforcing film comprises a pressure sensitive adhesive layer laminated and fixed on a principal surface of a film substrate. The pressure sensitive adhesive layer is formed of a photocurable composition containing a photocurable agent and a base polymer having a crosslinked structure. A frictional force of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer measured with a frictional force microscope at a frequency of 5 Hz is preferably 2 to 5 times a frictional force at a frequency of 0.1 Hz. After photocuring of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer, a frictional force of a photocured pressure sensitive adhesive layer measured with the frictional force microscope at a frequency of 5 Hz is preferably not less than 5 times a frictional force measured at a frequency of 0.1 Hz.

An inner deckle for a die includes a shaft-shaped deckle main body and a sheet- or film-shaped deckle auxiliary portion extending from the deckle main body. The inner deckle is arranged at each end of a die. The die includes a die piece and is formed with a manifold and a slit. The deckle main body includes a seal reinforcing portion. A liquid material is supplied into the manifold. The seal reinforcing portion includes at least one sealing member having two or more films. The films slide and are simultaneously elastically deformed against an inner wall of the manifold when a position of the inner deckle is moved with respect to the die. The films cooperate with each other and are closely attached to the inner wall by an elastic restoring force when the position of the inner deckle is fixed with respect to the die.

Inner deckle for die and die

A weft picking system for an air jet loom is provided with a microcomputer as a controller. The weft picking system comprises a weft traction device including a pair of rollers, one of which is driven by an inverter motor. A weft yarn fed from a weft measuring and storing device can be placed between the rollers to be drawn toward a weft posture regulating nozzle. The weft posture regulating nozzle is arranged to project the weft yarn into the shed of warp yarns and regulates the posture of the weft yarn under the influence of air jet ejected from the nozzle and from a plurality of sub-nozzles. The rollers always rotate during a weaving operation of the loom. A change-over device is provided to change the weft yarn from a first state of being placed between the rollers to a second state of separating from the rollers or vice versa. A weft yarn slackened portion is unavoidably formed between the weft traction device and the weft posture regulating nozzle, due to a temporary difference in the tractive speed between the weft posture regulating nozzle and the weft traction device. A slackened portion deforming device is disposed between the weft traction device and the weft posture regulating nozzle to effectively deform the slackened portion in a manner to smoothen the slackened portion enough as to prevent any trouble in the weaving operation and any defects in the woven fabric.

Weft picking system for jet loom with device for deforming a weft yarn

An air jet loom is equipped with a weft storage device for detaining a weft yarn prior to weft picking through a weft inserting nozzle. The weft storag device includes a roller reel on which the weft yarn is wound in the shape of a coil. The roller reel consists of a plurality of rollers arranged in the shape of a reel in which the axis of each rollers is outside any of planes containing an axis of the roller reel. Some of the rollers are driven around their axis. An engaging member is movably disposed in the vicinity of the unwinding end section of the roller reel and normally engaged with the weft yarn but disengaged from the weft yarn during weft picking, thereby sharply reducing weft picking resistance applied the weft yarn to be picked into the shed of warp yarns.
