In a mechanical fastening work method in an augmented reality space, a mechanical fastening part and a mechanical fastening part virtual body correspond one-to-one, and a tool and a tool virtual body correspond one-to-one. An augmented reality configuration system generates an augmented reality space including: a camera that captures a real space; a server that analyzes an image captured by the camera and generates the augmented reality space; and a tool that acquires torque information observed when tightening or loosening the mechanical fastening part and transmits and receives the torque information to and from the server. The mechanical fastening work method includes a step of, when the tool detects torque information that the mechanical fastening part is to be tightened or loosened, defining the mechanical fastening part virtual body corresponding one-to-one to the mechanical fastening part, and making the defined mechanical fastening part virtual body appear in the virtual space.

Machine fastening work method using augmented reality

In an operation management system in the related art, it is necessary to add an identification mark such as an RFID tag to each component to be managed and prepare a fastening tool having an antenna. In contrast, a mechanical fastening unit management method is provided using an augmented reality space generated by superimposing a virtual space on a real space. In the augmented reality space where a real fastening unit (RBn) and a virtual fastening unit (IBn) are in a one-to-one correspondence, information that the real fastening unit is selected as a fastening target is acquired with a camera or the like, and analyzed by an augmented reality server connected to the camera. Accordingly, it is possible to easily record that a predetermined operation is progressing as scheduled, and to provide a high quality mechanical fastening unit management method or system that is low in operation cost.

Mechanical fastening unit management method using augmented reality

A torque wrench having ease of operation compatible with improved accuracy of measurement. The torque wrench includes a tightening portion, a housing having a front side cover part and a back side grip part and a shaft-like strain body that is contained inside the housing. First distortion sensors and second distortion sensors are arranged on the strain body at spaced points in the axial direction of the strain body for measuring an amount of distortion of the strain body. A microprocessor chip has functions including computation of a tightening torque which is corrected for errors due to changes in a point of effort where a tightening force is applied by a user. The correction is based on the detection result of the first distortion sensors and the second distortion sensors. An output portion outputs the corrected tightening torque measurement value.
