This power conversion device includes: a power conversion portion including a power conversion circuit, and a first connection portion and a second connection portion; a first wiring portion connected to the first connection portion; a second wiring portion connected to the second connection portion; a first supply portion connected to the first wiring portion; a second supply portion connected to the second wiring portion; and a housing. The first connection portion is provided at an end on the first peripheral wall side, the second connection portion is provided at an end on the second peripheral wall side, the first supply portion is located adjacently to an end on the first peripheral wall side, the second supply portion is located adjacently to an end on the second peripheral wall side, the first wiring portion extends along the first peripheral wall, and the second wiring portion extends along the second peripheral wall.

Power conversion device

In a power conversion device, a casing main body has a component mounting surface, on which electrical components are mounted, and a refrigerant flow passage surface, which is a back side of the component mounting surface. The refrigerant flow passage surface has a refrigerant flow passage groove. The component mounting surface has a first facing portion, which faces a lid, a second facing portion, which is adjacent to the first facing portion, and faces the lid farther away from the lid than the first facing portion, and aside surface portion, which is formed between the first facing portion and the second facing portion. The refrigerant flow passage groove has a first flow passage portion located on back sides of the first facing portion and the side surface portion, and a second flow passage portion located on a back side of the second facing portion.

There has been a demand for an aspiration catheter which has a sufficient amount of aspiration, which is sufficiently flexible to satisfactorily track tortuous blood vessels, in which the possibility of kinking of a catheter shaft is decreased when the aspiration catheter is inserted into a guiding catheter from outside of the body, and in which good operationality is achieved. An aspiration catheter of the present invention includes an aspiration lumen for removing a substance by aspiration, the aspiration lumen extending to a hub provided at the proximal end of the catheter; and a detachable core wire disposed in the aspiration lumen.

Aspiration catheter

A catheter enabling an increase in operability when the catheter is inserted from the outside to the inside of a body and capable of remarkably reducing the risk of damage to shafts even in an unforeseen accident without complicating steps and increasing production cost. The catheter comprises at least the distal side shaft formed of a resin tube, the rear end side shaft with a higher rigidity than that of the distal side shaft, and a guide wire lumen. The catheter is characterized in that a core wire is disposed therein to adjust a flexibility so that the rear end portion of the distal side shaft is harder than the distal end portion of the distal side shaft and softer than the rear end side shaft, and the core wire is fixed to the distal side shaft near the rear end side opening part of the guide wire lumen and at a part of the rear end side portion of the distal end shaft.

Catheter

Provided is an aspiration catheter which does not require a large-scale device, has a largest possible aspiration lumen, and is sufficiently flexible to track tortuous blood vessels following a guidewire, thereby being easily advanced to a target site to be treated. In the aspiration catheter, the tip of the main shaft is obliquely cut, the distal end of the guidewire shaft is positioned at the distal end of the main shaft or protrudes from the distal end of the main shaft in the distal direction, and the relationships 0.5&#x2266;L/Land L&#x2212;L&#x2266;5 mm are satisfied, wherein Lis the length of the obliquely cut portion of the main shaft in the longitudinal direction of the catheter, and Lis the length from the proximal end of the guidewire shaft to the distal end of the main shaft.

Suction catheter

The present invention is a balloon catheter used primarily in treatment and surgery for the purpose of dilating lesion sites such as strictures or blockages in passages in the human body. The balloon catheter of the present invention has a structure wherein a guide wire passing tubular member is deployed passing through the interior of the expansion body, and the outer surface of the tubular member and the expansion body are concentrically fused near the distal end of the catheter. This is a balloon catheter that is characterized by the fact that the Shore hardness of the material configuring the outermost surface of the tubular member is smaller than the Shore hardness of the material configuring the expansion body. It is therefore possible to flexibly adjust the tip portion formed by securing the expansion body and the guide wire passing tubular member.

Balloon catheter

It is an object of the present invention to provide a balloon catheter in which the inner tube is prevented from slackening after balloon inflation, improving the rewrapping of the balloon, discontinuity in the rigidity of the joined portions of the outer tube and the balloon is lessened, which prevents breakage, and the catheter advances through blood vessels better and passes more easily through narrow segments, preventing the catheter from &ldquo;accordioning&rdquo; and enhancing insertion force transmission. The balloon catheter pertaining to the present invention has a catheter shaft ( ) with a double-tube structure comprising an outer tube ( ) and an inner tube ( ), and a balloon ( ) disposed at the distal end portion of this catheter shaft ( ). A guide tube ( ) having an outside diameter smaller than the inside diameter of the outer tube ( ) and having an inside diameter larger than the outside diameter of the inner tube ( ) is disposed at least at the distal end portion of the outer tube ( ) so as to form a double-tube with the outer tube ( ), and the inner tube ( ) is not fixed, but passes through the interior of the guide tube ( ) in the axial direction.

Balloon catheter and method of production thereof

A balloon catheter is configured so as to comprise a catheter shaft formed by joining a proximal-side tubular member and a distal-side tubular member , an adapter member connected to the base end of the catheter shaft , and a balloon joined to the distal end of the catheter shaft . A metal coiled elastic member is deployed in the internal space in the adapter member , so that it can move toward the distal end. This coiled elastic body abuts on a ring-shaped wall part formed on the outer circumferential surface of the base end of an elastic force transmitting member and supports the elastic force transmitting member to the distal side. The leading end of a linear member that is one of the components of the elastic force transmitting member reaches to an internal space in the balloon and is bonded to the outer circumferential surface of a guide wire passing tube . Thus the elastic supporting force of the coiled elastic body is transmitted via the elastic force transmitting member to the distal-side sleeve part of the balloon , and tension is imparted to the balloon in the axial direction.
