A piezoelectric coaxial sensor includes: a center conductor including a conductive wire; a polymer piezoelectric layer covering an outer peripheral surface of the center conductor; a first outer conductor surrounding an outer peripheral surface of the polymer piezoelectric layer; a first jacket layer covering an outer peripheral surface of the first outer conductor; and a second outer conductor surrounding an outer peripheral surface of the first jacket layer. A voltage is generated between the center conductor and the first outer conductor based on induced charges generated in the polymer piezoelectric layer.

A connector assembly () includes a connector () including contact terminals (), a cable () having conductors (), and a wiring board () which electrically connects the connector () and the cable (). The wiring board () includes first connecting portions () which are arranged at a first pitch (P) and to which the contact terminals () are electrically connected, second connecting portions () which are arranged at a second pitch (P) and to which the conductors () of the cable () are electrically connected, and wiring lines () which electrically connect the first connecting portions () and the second connecting portions (). The first pitch (P) is smaller than the second pitch (P).
