An ultraviolet irradiation device includes an inner cylinder forming a treatment flow path, an inflow portion allowing the object to flow into the treatment flow path, an outer cylinder accommodating the inner cylinder, a light emitting element irradiating the object passing through the treatment flow path with ultraviolet light, an O-ring dividing a space provided between an outer circumferential surface of the inner cylinder and an inner circumferential surface of the outer cylinder into a first chamber through which the object before ultraviolet irradiation passes and a third chamber through which the object after the ultraviolet irradiation passes, and a second chamber communicating with the first chamber through communication holes. The second chamber communicates with the treatment flow path through a plate.

Ultraviolet irradiation apparatus and ultraviolet irradiation method

A fluid sterilization module includes an inner cylinder forming a processing flow path extending in a longitudinal direction, a first chamber communicating with the processing flow path via an opening on one end side of the inner cylinder, an inflow portion allowing an object to flow in the first chamber, an outflow portion allowing the object having passed through the processing flow path to flow out from an other end side of the inner cylinder, and a light emitting element facing an opening on the other end side of the processing flow path and irradiating the object passing through the processing flow path with ultraviolet light along the longitudinal direction. The first chamber has an inner volume equal to or more than &#x2154; of the cube of an equivalent inner diameter of the processing flow path and equal to or less than 3 times of inner volume of the processing flow path.

The concentration measuring module calculates the concentrations of two constituents simultaneously on the basis of first and second signals output from the first and second light receiving units.

Sterilizer, supply device, and sterilization method

An ultraviolet irradiation device having higher processability and interfacial adhesiveness, and allowing downsizing is provided. The ultraviolet irradiation device includes an enclosure configured to include a hollow portion being formed inside and being capable of introducing an irradiation object, an outer periphery of the enclosure being covered by a covering portion, and a light source configured to be arranged in an area not covered by the covering portion of the enclosure and project light toward the hollow portion. The covering portion is formed of thermoplastic resin fiber. Processability and interfacial adhesiveness can be improved by forming the covering portion with thermoplastic resin fiber. Consequently, a structure advantageous for downsizing of the ultraviolet irradiation device is provided.

Ultraviolet irradiation device

A fluid sterilization module includes an inner cylinder forming a processing flow path, a case portion in which the inner cylinder is accommodated, a member provided between an outer circumferential surface of the inner cylinder and an inner circumferential surface the case portion, a first chamber located in a region on a side of one end portion of the inner cylinder with respect to the member, in a gap between the inner cylinder and the case portion, a second chamber located in a region on a side of the other end portion of the inner cylinder with respect to the member, and a light emitting element provided in at least one of the one end portion and the other end portion of the inner cylinder, and configured to emit ultraviolet light to the object passing through the processing flow path.

The present invention is intended to provide a cell for an ultraviolet irradiation module and an ultraviolet irradiation module with which it is possible to improve the efficiency of sterilizing an object to be irradiated to a greater extent than in the past. The cell for an ultraviolet irradiation module includes a case being at least partially formed of polytetrafluoroethylene having a crystallite size in a direction of 60 nm or more and 250 nm or less and having an internal space into which an object to be irradiated can be introduced.
