A method of manufacturing a structure is provided in which a burr portion can be more reliably cut. In a burr portion shaping step, the burr portion is sucked to an engaging portion by a suction part to shape the burr portion along the engaging portion, and in a cutting step, ae movable portion is moved relative to first and second split molds with the burr portion being shaped along the engaging portion, thereby the burr portion is cut from a molded main body along a cutting line.

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a panel by which the formation of a blister-shaped inflation portion at the boundary between an intermediate portion and a hinge can be suppressed, even when the size of the intermediate portion is small. According to the present invention, provided is a method for manufacturing a panel, wherein the panel comprises first and second main body portions, and a hinge portion, the hinge portion comprises first and second hinges extending in parallel and an intermediate portion arranged therebetween, the first main body portion and the intermediate portion are connected by the first hinge so as to be able to pivot relative to each other, the second main body portion and the intermediate portion are connected by the second hinge so as to be able to pivot relative to each other.

Panel manufacturing method

A luggage room board includes the luggage room board main body made of resin and is configured to be opened and closed. At one of ends of a non-woven fabric, a concave portion is provided on a surface of the luggage room board main body to which the non-woven fabric is attached, and the end of the non-woven fabric is attached so as to enter the concave portion. The concave portion is formed such that a depth gradually increases toward the end of the non-woven fabric. The depth of the concave portion at the end of the non-woven fabric is approximately same as the thickness of the non-woven fabric or larger than the thickness of the non-woven fabric. According to the present invention, provided is a manufacturing method of a resin panel including an attaching step. The present invention aims to provide a luggage room board that reliably produces a cushioning effect during opening and closing operations, whereby the impact is not applied during the opening and closing operations. Resin panel and forming method

The present invention provides a duct molding method by which it is possible to improve the adhesion of a sheet. In the duct molding method of the present invention, a molten thermoplastic resin sheet is positioned between molds. Subsequently, the thermoplastic resin sheet (P) is absorbed onto cavity surfaces of the molds and the molds are closed. Thereby, a duct is molded.
