A system for detecting that the motion of an automatically operated work machine is abnormal includes: a target position acquisition unit that acquires target position information about a monitoring target part; an abnormal motion region setting unit that sets an abnormal motion region (Rab) based on the target position information; a current position acquisition unit that acquires a current position of the monitoring target part; and an abnormal motion judgment unit. The abnormal motion region (Rab) is set outside the area occupied by the monitoring target part when the monitoring target part is located at the target position. The abnormal motion judgment unit judges whether or not the current position is within the abnormal motion region (Rab).

System for detecting abnormal operation of work machines

The transport vehicle position estimating device includes: a distance image acquiring part for acquiring a distance image of a box bed; and a calculation part. The calculation part sets a box bed scope indicative of a positional extent of the box bed on the basis of the distance image of the box bed acquired by the distance image acquiring part. The calculation part acquires a dischargeable region indicative of a dischargeable extent of the attachment under the condition that the attachment is operated but the lower travelling body is not travelled. The calculation part determines whether the box bed scope falls within the dischargeable region.

A target locus of an attachment is determined while a calculation load for generating the target locus of the attachment is suppressed. A controller is configured to set a position of an arm distal end at a time when a contact detector detects contact of a bucket distal end with an excavation object at a start point of an arm distal end target locus. The controller is configured to receive information about a form of the arm distal end target locus in advance. The controller is configured to set a position for a finish point on the basis of an angle of a surface of the excavation object, an intersection angle between the arm distal end target locus and the surface of the excavation object, information about the form of the arm distal end target locus, and an offset amount about the finish point of the arm distal end target locus.

Target path generation system

A container measuring system includes a distance image acquiring part and a calculation part. The distance image acquiring part is provided on a working machine for performing a work of loading into a container, and is capable of acquiring a distance image of the container. The calculation part processes the distance image of the container acquired by the distance image acquiring part. The calculation part calculates a three-dimensional position of a flat face part constituting the container on the basis of the distance image of the container. The calculation part calculates three-dimensional information including a three-dimensional position and a three-dimensional shape of the container on the basis of the three-dimensional position of the flat face part.

A safety apparatus of a work machine includes: obstacle sensors provided in the upper revolving body; a revolving angle detector; an upper-side coordinate position calculation section that calculates an upper-side coordinate position of the obstacle in the upper-side coordinate system using the upper revolving body as a reference; a lower-side judgment area setting section that sets a lower-side judgment area in the lower-side coordinate system using the lower traveling body as a reference; a coordinate transformation section that transforms one of the upper-side coordinate position and the position of the lower-side judgment area into the other coordinate system to unify the coordinate system; a lower-side approach judgment section that judges whether an obstacle exists within the lower-side judgment area in the unified coordinate system; and a safety operation command section that outputs a safety operation command based on the judgment result.

An obstacle detection device capable of appropriately setting an area for detecting an obstacle in the vicinity of a machine body of a construction machine in consideration of the state of inclination of the construction machine with respect to its surrounding ground area includes an inclination information acquisition section to obtain inclination information of the machine body with respect to a surrounding ground area in the vicinity of the construction machine, and an area setting section to set a monitoring area for detecting an obstacle, and to modify the monitoring area according to the inclination information.

Obstacle detection device of construction machine

A hydraulic drive apparatus includes a boom flow rate control valve, a target boom cylinder speed calculation part, a pressing force calculation part, a correction part, and a boom flow rate operation part. The target boom cylinder speed calculation part calculates a target boom cylinder speed for making the construction surface by the bucket closer to the target construction surface. The pressing force calculation part calculates the pressing force by which the bucket is pressed against the construction surface, based on the cylinder thrust of the boom cylinder and the center-of-gravity position information on the center-of-gravity position of the work device. The correction part corrects the target boom cylinder speed to make the deviation between the target pressing force and the calculated pressing force closer to 0. The boom flow rate operation part operates the boom flow rate control valve to provide the corrected target boom cylinder speed.

A hydraulic drive apparatus includes a boom flow rate control valve, a target boom cylinder speed calculation part calculating a target boom cylinder speed for making a construction surface by a bucket closer to a target construction surface based on the cylinder speed of a boom cylinder and the like, and a boom flow rate operation part. The boom flow rate operation part operates the boom flow rate control valve to make a boom cylinder supply flow rate be a target supply flow rate corresponding to the target boom cylinder speed when the target boom cylinder speed direction coincides with a cylinder thrust direction, and operates the boom flow rate control valve to make the boom cylinder discharge flow rate be a target discharge flow rate corresponding to the target boom cylinder speed when the target boom cylinder speed direction is opposite to the cylinder thrust direction.
