The present invention provides a module structure and a plant construction method capable of easily attaching a facility device of a plant and shortening a plant construction period. The module structure of the present invention includes a support member which temporarily supports a facility device component to be arranged in a cell constituting a plant at a designed position and which constitutes scaffolding for attaching the facility device component and forming the cell, a box-shaped frame which is possible to be carried into inner space of the cell while fixing the support member, and joint means which is detachably attachable and which temporarily assembles the support member and the frame.

Module structure and plant construction method

A temporary part is fixed to a base by using an adhesive layer to which fillers are mixed at a predetermined density. When the temporary part is heated, heat is applied to the fillers and the adhesive layer. At a temperature equal to or higher than the glass-transition temperature of the adhesive agent, the heated adhesive layer is thermally contracted so as to release remaining stress, and on the other hand, the heated fillers are thermally expanded. In this manner, the peel-off strength between the adhesive layer and the base (or the temporary part) is reduced, and the disassembly is facilitated.

New and useful alignment method and system for electromagnets used in the high energy accelerator that can make the installation simple and less time consuming are disclosed. By measuring the multiple of measurement reference points for obtaining the position and posture information of the electromagnet on the high energy accelerator, the deviation of the present value from the installation target value for the electromagnet within the reference coordinates in the building. For each of the adjustment mechanisms such as the multiple of adjustment bolts or the actuators, the Jacobian matrix representing the relationship between the unit operation amount and the posture changes of the electromagnet is obtained. Then, by calculating operation amounts for each of the adjustment mechanisms through multiplication of the inverse matrix of the Jacobian matrix with the deviation, the position and posture are aligned to the target value by operating the adjustment mechanisms collectively with the calculated operation amounts.
