The present application relates to the technical field of a floor composite material, and more particularly, the present application provides a composite material containing a PVC pre-coating film and a preparation method therefor. In the first aspect, the present application provides the method for preparing the composite material containing the PVC pre-coating film. The method comprises preparing the PVC pre-coating film by utilizing a PVC transparent film layer and a radiation-cured coating; performing high-temperature press fit on the PVC pre-coating film, a substrate material and a printed decorative layer; and then performing cooling and forming treatment to obtain the composite material containing the ultra-wear-resistant and easy-to-clean PVC pre-coating film.

The present application relates to the technical field of floor surface decoration materials, and particularly provides a multi-coating radiation-cured pre-coating film and a preparation method therefor. The first aspect of the present application provides the multi-coating radiation-cured pre-coating film, which sequentially comprises a flexible transparent film layer and a radiation-cured coating from bottom to top, wherein the radiation-cured coating sequentially comprises a radiation-cured elastic primer layer and a radiation-cured wear-resistant finish paint layer from bottom to top, the at least one radiation-cured elastic primer layer and the at least one radiation-cured wear-resistant finish paint layer are arranged, and the radiation-cured elastic primer layer equentially comprises a radiation-cured elastic wear-resistant primer layer and a radiation-cured elastic matte/bright primer layer from bottom to top.

Multi-coating radiation-cured pre-coating film and preparation method thereof

A super-wear-resistant self-cleaning coating, comprising first elastic finish coat and second self-cleaning finish coat. The first elastic finish coat comprises, by mass, 10-60 parts of a two-functionality-degree polyurethane acrylic resin A, 2-7 parts of an initiator A, 10-60 parts of an acrylate monomer A, and 3-40 parts of an additive A. The second self-cleaning finish coat comprises, by mass, 2-30 parts of an acrylic acid-modified organic silicon resin with inorganic powder affinity, 0.3-3 parts of high-hardness micro-powder particles, 2-20 parts of a two-functionality-degree polyurethane acrylic resin B, 10-40 parts of a multi-functionality-degree polyurethane acrylic resin B, 15-45 parts of an acrylate monomer B, 2-7 parts of an initiator B, and 3-40 parts of an additive B. Further disclosed is a preparation method for the super-wear-resistant self-cleaning coating.
