The invention concerns a method for analyzing cigarette leaf components based on fusion mapping, including the following steps: (1) Preparation of a cigarette sample to be analyzed and single-grade tobacco leaf samples; (2) Construction of a fusion map for the cigarette sample to be analyzed and the single-grade tobacco leaf samples; (3) Analysis of the fusion map to obtain the composition and proportion of the tobacco leaves in the cigarette to be analyzed. The method can complete the analysis of the composition of finished cigarettes in a few minutes, and can obtain a clear formula composition and proportion values. It is objective, efficient, highly sensitive, and has good repeatability. It has unique advantages in the analysis of finished cigarette compositions in the tobacco industry.

A method of identifying tobacco carbonyl components using non-targeted mass spectrometry is disclosed, which includes the following steps: (1) preparing a tobacco sample extract; (2) derivatizing (part of) the sample/extract with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH); (3) derivatizing (another part of) the sample/extract with DNPH-d; (4) mixing the derivatized tobacco samples; (5) preparing blank samples; (6) performing ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) and ion trap (Orbitrap) high resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) on the (derivatized) tobacco samples; (7) processing the LC-MS data; (8) filtering the mass spectrometric characteristic data to retain final chromatographic peaks; and (9) structurally annotating or identifying the retained final chromatographic peaks to obtain the tobacco carbonyl components. The method quickly removes noise or interfering components in the original data set by multiple filtering of the mass spectrometry characteristic data, and enables obtaining composition information of aldehyde and ketone chemical components in cigarettes.

The artificial saliva is used to clamp the tipping paper and the artificial mouth skin that are bonded between two jigs, respectively. The two jigs move relative to each other. Force changes during the test are collected through a force sensor and a displacement sensor. The maximum debonding force obtained by the test is divided by the sticking area of the tipping paper and the artificial mouth skin to obtain the lip sticking force of the cigarette tipping paper per unit area. The present invention can accurately quantify the sticking force of the cigarette tipping paper to lips, can well avoid subjective factor influence and difference characterization brought by traditional personal sensory smoking evaluation, is more objective, efficient, has good repeatability, high sensitivity and simple operation.
