The present application relates to a stepwise-clamping type valve prosthesis including a frame body and a clamping member. The frame body has a channel allowing blood to flow therethrough. The clamping member includes a first clamping member and a second clamping member. One end of the first clamping member is connected to the frame body, and the other end of the first clamping member is a free end. The second clamping member is connected to the first clamping member. The clamping member has three states in sequence from being restricted to being fully released. In the first state, the first clamping member and the second clamping member are both restricted and restricted. In the second state, the second clamping member is restricted, and the first clamping member extends in a radial direction of the frame body and is capable of reaching a position between a valve leaflet and a heart wall. In the third state, the second clamping member protrudes from the first clamping member and extends in a circumferential direction of the frame body and abuts against an outer surface of the frame body, so that an autologous valve leaflet and adjacent tissues are capable of being clamped between the second clamping member, the first clamping member, and the frame body. The contact area between the valve prosthesis and the autologous tissues can be increased, the position stability of the valve prosthesis in the heart can be improved, and the success rate of the operation can be increased.

Stepwise-clamping type valve prosthesis and delivery system thereof

A guiding device is provided. An implantable apparatus includes a member to be anchored. A position-limiting wire is detachably connected to the implantable apparatus. A proximal end of the position-limiting wire is connected to the control handle. A distal end of the guiding catheter is provided with a guiding member. A distal end portion of the guiding catheter is bendable. A proximal end of the delivery catheter and a proximal end of the guiding catheter are respectively connected to the control handle. When the control handle is manipulated to make the guiding member on the guiding catheter move along the position-limiting wire toward the distal end, the distal end portion of the guiding catheter is bent and deformed, such that the distal end of the guiding catheter abuts against the member to be anchored of the implantable apparatus.

Heart valve prosthesis anchored to interventricular septum and conveying and releasing method thereof

The present application relates to a transcatheter prosthetic valve replacement system including a delivery catheter, a frame, a prosthetic valve, and one or more clamping devices. The prosthetic valve is fixed in the frame. The clamping device is connected to a periphery of the frame. The frame and the clamping device can be preloaded in the delivery catheter. The clamping device includes a clamping member, a collar, and a control member. One end of the clamping member is a fixation end which is fixedly connected to the frame, and the other end of the clamping member is a deployable resilient segment which can be compressed and released. The collar is slidably sleeved on the clamping member. One end of the control member is connected to the collar, and the other end of the control member is manipulated outside the body. From being compressed to being fully released, the clamping member in sequence has two configurations. In the first configuration, the collar is moved along the clamping member towards a free end of the deployable resilient segment, and the deployable resilient segment is gradually closed. In the second configuration, the collar is moved along the deployable resilient segment towards the fixation end, and the deployable resilient segment recovers its predetermined shape.

Transcatheter prosthetic valve replacement system

The present application relates to a separately releasable aortic valve stent, which includes a valve sewing segment, a positioning member, and a prosthetic valve. The prosthetic valve is connected to the valve sewing segment. The valve sewing segment and the positioning member are two independent components and connected to each other via a guiding device. The positioning member is able to be released prior to the valve sewing segment. A slide connection structure is disposed on the valve sewing segment. One end of the guiding device is connected to the positioning member, and another end of the guiding device passed through the slide connection structure is connected to the positioning member. The valve sewing segment is slidable along the guiding device.

Separately releasable aortic valve stent

The valve supporting frame includes a valve stitching section and an artificial valve. The artificial valve is fixedly connected to the valve stitching section. Provided is a detachable endoscopic clamp, related to medical apparatuses, which aims to solve the problem that the existing endoscopic clips are hard to remove and can only provide a weak clipping force. The detachable endoscopic clip includes at least two engagement members and at least two resilient members. Ends of the engagement members and ends of the resilient members from conjugates, and at least one of the conjugates is detachable. The endoscopic clip can be easily detached and removed after a surgery.

An interspinous process bracing system comprises an interspinous process brace and a delivery device. The interspinous process brace includes a flexible and foldable bag, and a filler. An injection opening is provided at a proximal end of the bag. The delivery device comprises a delivery tube. A distal end of the delivery tube is detachably connected to the injection opening. The filler can be injected, through the delivery tube and the injection opening, into the bag to expand the bag, forming the interspinous process brace. The system achieves interspinous process bracing through a minimally invasive surgery and thereby reduces injuries.

The position of the prosthesis () can be adjusted, and the prosthesis () is accurately positioned and firmly anchored, and does not readily adhere to tissue adjacent to the valve annulus of the patient.
