The present invention discloses the an aerogel material featuring of low thermal conductivity, low dielectric constant (low-D) and low dielectric-loss (low-D) and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises steps of: (1) mix and hydrolysis, (2) dispersion and condensation, (3) molding, and (4) drying. The prepared pure aerogel or fiber/aerogel composite is further processed by steps of: (5) polymer solution impregnating, (6) solvent drying and (7) crosslinking-solidifying to obtain a polymer/aerogel composite or a polymer/fiber/aerogel composite featuring of high strength, low thermal conductivity, low-Dand low-D. The method provided by the present invention does not involve highly conductive solvents or additives, and a highly porous structure is formed so that the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the aerogel material are significantly reduced, suitable for 5G communications, microwave circuits, protection and insulation for electric vehicle lithium battery modules.

Low thermal conductivity and low-k dielectric aerogel material and preparation method therefor

Manufacturing a low-K dielectric organic/inorganic aerogel composite material and its application are provided. The manufacturing method comprises: (1) mixing; (2) hydrolysis; (3) condensation; (4) aging; (5) drying; (6) impregnating polymer solution; (7) phase separation and drying; and (8) cross-linking and curing. The manufacturing method can produce a low-K dielectric organic/inorganic aerogel composite material having a high strength. The low-K dielectric aerogel is in a porous structure, and its porosity is higher than 70% and its density is from 0.12 g/cmto 0.45 g/cm. The dielectric property of the low-K dielectric aerogel decreases along with an increase of its porosity, wherein a dielectric constant thereof is from 1.28 to 1.89, and a dielectric loss thereof is from 0.052 to 0.023. The low-k dielectric aerogel can be used for a dielectric layer in a high-frequency circuit, an insulation layer in a semiconductor device or a microwave circuit in a communication integrated circuit.

Low-k dielectric aerogel and preparation method therefor

A method for producing a hydrophilic aerogel granule is provided, which includes the steps of: mixing for the siloxane solvent mixture preparation, hydrolysis with proper acid catalyst, condensation dispersion by introducing a proper alkali catalyst into the mixture and dispersing it with hydrophobic dispersion solvent to obtain wet gel, aging under a specific temperature, disintegration dispersion for disintegrating the wet gel and dispersing it in the dispersion solvent, high temperature solvent exchange under ambient temperature with dispersion solvent, and solvent evaporation for removing the dispersion solvent.

Method for producing a hydrophilic aerogel granule and application of the product thereof

The invention provides a method for producing a heat insulating material composed of a hydrophobic aerogel, and the method includes the steps of: (1) mixing step; (2) hydrolysis step; (3) condensation step; (4) aging step; and (5) drying step. In the method, a siloxane compound, an inorganic gel, and a halogen-free surfactant are mixed and then a sol-gel process is performed to produce the aerogel heat-insulating material without water-washing. The produced heat-insulating material has preferable strength, smooth appearance, and low shrinkage and can overcome the powder-dropping problem. By the provided method, an aerogel heat-insulating board can be produced, or an aerogel cold-resisting and heat-insulating blanket can be produced by mixing with a fiber or a foam material.

Method for producing a heat insulating material composed of a hydrophobic aerogel and the application thereof

A wet gel granule of aerogel is prepared by the following steps: mixing step: mixing with an organic mixed solvent to form a mixed solution; hydrolysis step: adding an acid catalyst to the mixed solution for carrying out a hydrolysis reaction, and adding a dispersion solvent during the condensation reaction, and agitating to gel the mixed solution during agitation and produce multiple hydrophilic or hydrophobic wet gel granules of aerogel. The overall preparation speed can be shortened quickly and at the same time the hydrophilic or hydrophobic wet gel granules of aerogel wet glue particles are prepared to increase the production efficiency of the wet gel granules of aerogel.

Wet gel granule of aerogel and preparation method thereof

A method for producing an aerogel granule having a hydrophobic-hydrophilic bipolar core-shell structure combines an aerogel precursor having a hydrophilic structure with another aerogel precursor having a hydrophobic structure. The method comprises the steps of: mixing a hydrophilic alkoxysilane compound, a hydrophobic alkyl-substituted alkoxysilane compound, and an organic solvent to form a mixture; adding an acidic catalyst to the mixture to perform hydrolysis; adding a basic catalyst to the hydrolyzed mixture to perform condensation, and during the condensation adding a dispersion solvent to the hydrolyzed mixture and stirring the hydrolyzed mixture to gelate so as to form the aerogel granule having a hydrophobic-hydrophilic bipolar core-shell structure.

Method for continuously manufacturing an aerogel powder having a hydrophobic-hydrophilic bipolar core-shell structure

A method of preparing aerogels/nonwoven composites fireproof and heat-insulating materials with a hydrophobic or hydrophilic surfaces and includes steps as follows. A mixture solution in which alkoxysilane, silicones and silane coupling agents are mixed and stirred is instilled by acidic catalysts for a hydrolysis reaction during which a silane coupling agent solution is added for continuous stirring; a hydrous alkali catalytic (anhydrous alkali catalytic) organic solution is added in the mixture solution for a condensation reaction and development of a 'silicones-silica aerogels-silane coupling agents' aerogel mixture solution; a non-woven felt is impregnated with the mixture solution for development of soft hydrophobic (hydrophilic) aerogels/nonwoven composites fireproof and heat-insulating materials after curing and natural drying. The aerogels/nonwoven composites materials with softness and surface hydrophobicity/hydrophilicity available in mass production are applicable to thermal-insulating materials for high-temp industrial facilities or indoor heat-insulating and fireproof panels of a building structure.
