The data generation unit performs acquiring a plurality of data and graph information and assuring storage regions in number equal to the number of vertexes, converting each data into an input value and setting at least one input value to a storage region corresponding to at least one vertex, executing an updating process for updating a value set to a storage region corresponding to a first vertex using the value set to the storage region corresponding to the first vertex and a value set to a storage region corresponding to a different vertex directly connected to the first vertex, and outputting a set of values set to the storage regions corresponding to the vertexes as the feature value.

Data generation method and computer system

An object of the present invention is to provide an artificial olfactory sensing system capable of sniffing out various odors highly sensitively. The artificial olfactory sensing system includes: plural sensor cells on a lipid membrane of each of which olfactory receptors have developed; and plural ion-sensitive field-effect transistors (ISFETs) that correspondingly exist to the sensor cells on a one-on-one basis. A response signal showing that each of the olfactory receptors of each of the sensor cells has recognized an odor molecule is converted into an electric signal by an ISFET corresponding to each of the sensor cells.

A discharge is initiated in a cell in which an address discharge is conducted at a first timing T in a charge adjustment period. Next, at a second timing T a discharge is initiated for adjusting a wall charge in a cell where a charge remains therein because the address discharge does not occurred. Thus, some negative charges are formed in an X electrode and a Y electrode, thus preventing a false discharge from occurring in an unselected cell.

An extremely high-speed, very stable system and a method for concurrent computing between heterogeneous simulators are shown, in which heterogeneous simulators for analyzing a complicated physical phenomenon are coupled based on a coupled equation thereby to obviate the disadvantages of the conventional noncoupled and coupled methods. A numerical calculation unit includes a calculation control unit equipped with an agent function having a heterogeneous coupling variational equation calculation unit, a convergence decision unit and a search vector setting unit. A parameter and a variable are supplied from the heterogeneous coupling variational equation calculation unit into and out of a simulator A, a simulator B and a heterogeneous coupled equation thereby to form the heterogeneous coupling variational equation 1 and thus to determine a globally consistent solution. With this configuration, a globally consistent solution can be obtained automatically simply by setting a heterogeneous coupled equation, and therefore the analysis and design efforts of an operator can be very effectively supported in analyzing complicated physical phenomena in all the fields of advanced science and technologies.
