A fluid sending apparatus includes a signal generator that generates a signal including a signal component that has a one-sided waveform and is composed of a rising component in a positive voltage direction, a falling component in the positive voltage direction, and a vortex ring formation time component T, and a damping component for driving for a predetermined time with a voltage less than or equal to one-half of a voltage in the positive voltage direction, the waveform of each of the signal component and the damping component corresponding to a single wave.

Fluid sending apparatus

An active oxygen generating apparatus comprises cathodes constituted by a plurality of base materials, each containing a conductive polymer, an anode having conductivity, a power source that conducts electricity between both electrodes through water in which oxygen is dissolved, and a water receiving portion that contains the water. The cathodes are made of a plurality of plate-shaped base materials installed upright at intervals in the water receiving portion and the anode is arranged across the plurality of base materials and orthogonally to the plurality of base materials.

Active oxygen generating apparatus

To provide a small active oxygen generating device capable of efficiently continuously generating active oxygen while supplying oxygen in the air. In the active oxygen generating device in which water is made to exist between an anode and a cathode composed of a base material containing a conductive polymer and by turning on electricity between the anode and the cathode, the conductive polymer deoxidizes the oxygen dissolved in the water to generate active oxygen, the cathode is rotatably installed about a conductive horizontal axis with part of the surface being projected over the surface of the water.
