A power feeding control apparatus includes a housing for accommodating at least a relay unit which opens and closes power feeding lines, a control circuit for controlling the relay unit, a leakage current detection circuit for detecting leakage current in the electric vehicle and a power supply circuit for generating a control electric power. The apparatus further includes a power source side connector and a vehicle side connector. The leakage current detection circuit includes a zero current transformer through which the power feeding lines extend and is configured to detect leakage current based on unbalanced currents flowing through the power feeding lines. Lead plates constitute a part of the power feeding lines and pass through a central opening of the zero current transformer, and the zero current transformer includes a positioning member molded within the central opening to fix the positions of the lead plates.

Power feeding control apparatus

A charging cable for an electric vehicle includes a power plug adapted to be detachably connected to a power socket of a commercial power source; a temperature detecting unit for detecting a temperature of the power plug; a cable connector adapted to be detachably connected to an electric vehicle for supplying a charging current to a battery of the electric vehicle; and a switching unit for opening and closing a current path between the power plug and the cable connector. The charging cable further includes a leakage detecting unit for detecting an electric leakage based on a current flowing through the current path; and a power cutoff unit for opening the switching unit when the detected temperature of the temperature detection means exceeds a threshold value or when the leakage detection means detects the electric leakage.

An electric vehicle charging cord set includes a housing containing an interrupting device therein and a first cord provided at one end with a plug connectable to an outlet installed on a wall surface of a building and at the other end connected to one of the terminal units of the interrupting device. An electric vehicle charging cord set further includes a second cord provided at one end with a connector connectable to an inlet of an electric vehicle and at the other end connected to the other of the terminal units of the interrupting device. The housing includes a storage unit for extendibly storing the second cord, a stand for placing the housing on a ground surface and a transportation handle. The storage unit includes a drum rotatably attached to the housing. The second cord is wound on the outer circumferential surface of the drum.

Electric vehicle charging cord set

A feed control device includes a contact device, an output detector, a contact weld sensor, and an alarm device. The output detector is configured to detect the presence of power feeding into the side of an electrically-powered car from an external power supply. The contact weld sensor is configured to sense that the contact device is welded based on a detection result of the output detector if detecting the presence of power feeding from the external power supply to a feed line for the contact device when a state signal representing charge permission is not entered. The alarm device is configured, if the contact weld sensor senses that the contact device is welded, to indicate the occurrence of weld to the outside.

Feed control device

A power feeding control apparatus includes a housing for accommodating at least a relay unit arranged on power feeding lines to open and close the power feeding lines, a control circuit for controlling the relay unit, a leakage current detection circuit for detecting leakage current in an electric vehicle and a power supply circuit for generating a control electric power. The apparatus further includes a power source side connector removably connected to a socket of an external power source, a vehicle side connector removably connected to a power receiving connector of the electric vehicle and a first and a second board that the power supply circuit and the control circuit are mounted, respectively. A power feeding line block provided separately from the first and the second board and having metal plates constituting the power feeding lines. The metal plates are insertion-molded in the power feeding line block.

An electricity feeding control device is provided with an air hole () which is formed by penetrating a part of a peripheral wall of a body () constituting a part of a housing case (). The housing case () is provided in its inside with an inner pressure adjusting sheet (), formed with a breathable and waterproof member, and arranged so as to cover the air hole () from the inside of the housing case (). The air hole () comprises a long recess () formed in an outer surface of the body (), a communicating hole () consecutively formed in one end of a longi-tudinal direction of the recess () and communicated with an inner surface of the body (), and a shielding plate () attached in the outer surface of the body () so as to cover a region other than the other end of the longitudinal direction of the recess (), in a region of an opening section () of the recess (). That is, a channel of the air hole (), led from the inside to the outside of the housing case (), is formed into a nonlinear shape.

Electricity feeding control device

A branch wire Lfrom the voltage detection circuitis inserted in the zero-phase-sequence current transformer ZCT in the direction from the load side to the external power supply side. For this configuration, the zero-phase-sequence current transformer ZCT is to detect unbalance of the sum of current flowing in the first and second conductive wires L, Land the current flowing in the branch wire L. Therefore, the present invention can accurately detect occurrence of electrical leakage.

Power feed control device

The automatic gang switch having a heat ray sensor is fixedly mounted on a mounting frame having a generally rectangular opening. The length of a housing of the switch is approximately two thirds of that of the generally rectangular opening of the mounting frame, while the width of the housing is approximately equal to that of the generally rectangular opening of the mounting frame. The switch includes a human body detecting section for detecting heat rays emitted from a human body and a circuit section. The circuit section includes a control circuit for generating a control signal to turn a load on for a predetermined operation holding time when the human body detecting section generates a detection signal, a load control circuit connected to a power source and the load in series for turning on or off power supply to the load depending on the control signal, an off-time power circuit connected in parallel with the load control circuit and having an input impedance with which the load is not driven when the load control circuit is off, the off-time power circuit supplying an electric power to the control circuit when the load control circuit is off, and an on-time power circuit for supplying the electric power to the control circuit when the load control circuit is on. The switch further includes a time setting section for setting an operation holding time and a mode setting section for changing over an operation mode of the control circuit.
