Embodiments of the disclosure provide for searching a graph database configurable via an extensible object model. Such embodiments enable streaming results data in response to receiving a structured search criteria data object. Some embodiments receive a request comprising a structured search criteria data object at an application programming interface (API) endpoint, wherein the structured search criteria data object is not directly consumable to query the graph database, convert the structured search criteria data object into at least one query statement, wherein the structured search criteria data object is converted using data query translation library code, and fetch a results data stream from the graph database by causing execution of the at least one query statement.

An extensible object model system for maintaining extensible object models representing operational systems detects changes to the extensible object models generated by an enterprise management system and generates change events identifying and/or characterizing the detected changes, possibly based on publish events from the enterprise management system associated with particular operations that generated the detected changes. The extensible object model system generates notifications based on the change events and configurable notification criteria and provides a change event interface (e.g., UI, API) for providing change events to the enterprise management system in response to change event requests received via the change event interface. The extensible object model system generates change audit reports and/or recovered extensible object models based on the change events and/or causes the enterprise management system to generate updated operational data processing criteria based on the change events.

Apparatus, method, and computer program product for tracking changes to object models for operational systems

An extensible object model system for maintaining extensible object models representing operational systems enables saving and re-using of searches of the models by maintaining a database of search objects representing types of search operations associated with the extensible object models. Search selection input and/or parameter selection input are received via a search selection interface with respect to a particular extensible object model, the search selection input indicating a selected search object and the parameter selection input indicating values corresponding to input parameters required by the selected search object. The extensible object model system retrieves the selected search object from the search object database, generates an executable search query representing a particular instance of the type of search operation defined by the selected search object based on the retrieved search object and the input parameter values and submits the executable search query for execution against the particular extensible object model.
