A radiotherapy system includes radiotherapy equipment and at least one source storage tank. The radiotherapy equipment includes a treatment head and a radioactive source component, the treatment head includes a first opening and an accommodation space, and the radioactive source component is located in the accommodation space of the treatment head; the source storage tank includes a tank body and a tank cover, the tank body includes a second opening and an accommodation space capable of accommodating the radioactive source component, and the tank cover is configured to close the second opening; the second opening of the source storage tank is connected to the first opening of the radiotherapy equipment, and the radioactive source component is movable between the treatment head and the source storage tank.

A radioactive source removing and introducing tooling includes a first support frame, a shield door disposed on the first support frame, a shield cover located on the shield door, and a first pull rod device. The shield door includes a movable first shield block. The shield cover is able to be separated from the shield door, and the shield cover includes one opening and one accommodation space. The first pull rod device includes a pull rod and a first connection portion disposed on the pull rod, and the pull rod is able to extend into the shield cover and drive the first connection portion to move inside the accommodation space of the shield cover.

The present invention relates to the technical field of medical devices. Disclosed is an adjustable collimator, which can solve the problem that existing collimators cannot achieve precise therapy in a small irradiation field. The adjustable collimator comprises a controller and two blade sets arranged opposite to each other; the blade sets comprise a plurality of blades, the controller drives the blades to move so as to form a first irradiation field through which a ray can pass; at least one blade in the blade set is a small irradiation field blade, and at least one irradiation field hole is provided on the small irradiation field blade; the controller is further used to drive the small irradiation field blade to move such that the irradiation field hole becomes a second irradiation field through which the ray can pass, wherein the second irradiation field is smaller than the first irradiation field. The technical solutions of the present invention may achieve precise therapy on diseased parts, improving the therapeutic effect of radiotherapy.

Adjustable collimator, collimation system, therapy head and radiotherapy device

A radiotherapy apparatus incorporating multi-source focusing therapy and conformal and intensity-modulated therapy is disclosed. The radiotherapy apparatus includes a base, a movable couch, a gantry, at least one therapeutic head, and a counterweight. The therapeutic head includes a shielding part, a source carrier received in the shielding part, provided with a focusing radioactive source for focused therapy and a conformal radioactive source for conformal and intensity-modulated radiotherapy, a switch part configured for controlling on/off the source, a shielding door configured for controllably shielding the radiation beams of the radioactive sources; and a collimator assembly. By using this apparatus, accurate multi-source focused therapy and conformal therapy can be implemented in a single current Gamma Knife device.

Radiotherapy apparatus incorporating multi-source focusing therapy and conformal and intensity-modulated therapy

The invention involves a rotary focused gamma-ray radiotherapy device. The invention includes a frame, a rotary ring positioned at the frame, and a source carrier and a collimator carrier that can rotate around a rotary axis respectively. The source carrier is equipped inside with multiple radiation sources. The collimator carrier is equipped inside with a corresponding beam channel to the radiation sources, which focus at a shared focus of the rotary axis through the beam channel. The source carrier and the collimator carrier are connected at both ends with the rotary ring and the frame, respectively. The single-layer and double-support structure of the source carrier and the collimator carrier adopted in the invention enlarges the treatment space, lowers manufacturing cost and difficulty, simplifies the mechanical structure, increases support rigidity of the source carrier and the collimator carrier, ensuring long-lasting and steady coaxial rotation of source carrier and collimator carrier, as well as position accuracy of the focusing center in the therapeutic system. Therefore, a precision radiotherapy is realized with improved radiotherapy effect.
