A dry distillation reactor for a raw material of hydrocarbon with a solid heat carrier is provided. An inner component with a pore path or a pore space is arranged inside the reactor to form a flow channel for the gas-phase product of the dry distillation. Also a dry distillation method using the dry distillation reactor is provided. The dry distillation method includes moving the reacting materials from top to bottom; moving a gas-phase product of the dry distillation along a designed path in the reactor; and finally leading same out through an outlet arranged in a central collecting channel for the gas-phase product of the dry distillation.

Dry distillation reactor and method for raw material of hydrocarbon with solid heat carrier

A carbonization apparatus for coal with wide particle size distribution, a carbonization apparatus unit, and a carbonization method using the apparatus. The apparatus includes a char discharge outlet, a combustion heating chamber, a coal feeding inlet, a pyrolysis gas exhausting pipe, and two partition plates between which a pyrolysis gas channel is formed. Orifices are provided on the partition plates to form a gas flow path from the fuel bed to the pyrolysis gas channel. The pyrolysis gas channel in the carbonization apparatus permits the gaseous products generated from coal pyrolysis to flow out in a timely manner.

Apparatus and method for pyrolyzing coal with wide particle size distribution

This invention relates to an apparatus and a method for multistage hierarchical pyrolysis and gasification of solid fuels. The apparatus comprises a feeding device, a multistage fluidized bed reactor, a residual discharging valve, a cycloneand a condenser. A gas inlet is provided at the bottom of the multistage fluidized bed reactorand a number of stages of fluidized bedsare provided within the multistage fluidized bed, wherein the fluidized bedsare separated by a number of perforated distributors. The top stage fluidized bedis connected with the feeding deviceand the coal fed thereto is heated by char obtained from pyrolysis in this stage and the mixture of high temperature ascending pyrolysis and gasification gas to undergo pyrolysis reactions at low temperature, thereby to obtain solid particles after preliminary pyrolytic process. The solid particles flow downwards through an overflow standpipe/the perforated distributorto the next stage of the fluidized bed and then are pyrolyzed through being heated by char and the mixture of pyrolysis and gasification gas. The solid particles in turn pass into the next stage of the fluidized bed and finally enter into the bottom stage fluidized bed to undergo gasification reactions. More light fractions in tar can be produced using the present apparatus and method.

Apparatus and method for multistage hierarchical pyrolysis and gasification of solid fuels

This invention relates to the cleaning of flue gas released from various combustion processes, particularly a surface deposition NH&#x2014;SCR honeycomb catalyst and its preparation method. The catalyst is composed of framework material, TiO, VOand WO, wherein the framework material is composed of clay, coal ash, mineral waste residue or their mixture. The mass fractions for framework material, TiO, VO, and WOare 60 wt. % to 80 wt. %, 13 wt. % to 33 wt. %, 1 wt. % to 5 wt. %, and 0.1 wt. % to 2 wt. %, respectively. The nano VO&#x2014;WO&#x2014;TiOparticles were deposited on the surface of particle pore or honeycomb, and the performance of the catalyst could be greatly improved.
