A method for electrochemically producing a tin/lithium oxide composite thin film includes providing a solution comprising 10to 10M lithium nitrate and 10to 10M stannic chloride or stannous chloride; electrodepositing the tin/lithium oxide composite thin film on a conductive substrate with a reference electrode of Ag/AgCI and a voltage of 900 to 1500 mV; and drying the tin/lithium oxide composite thin film at a temperature of 15 to 40&#xb0; C. and a relative humidity of at least 75%.

Tin/lithium oxide composite thin film, its preparation and uses thereof

An electrochemical method for manufacturing a lithium phosphate (LiPO) thin film includes preparing an electroplating solution and forming the lithium phosphate thin film on a conductive substrate under suitable conditions. The electroplating bath includes about 10M to about 10M lithium ion and about 10M to about 1 M monohydrogen phosphate ion (HPO) or dihydrogen phosphate ion (HPO).

Method for manufacturing a lithium phosphate thin film

In a process of forming a HA/ZrOcomplex coating on a Co&#x2014;Cr&#x2014;Mo alloy substrate, the substrate is subjected to electrolytic deposition respectively in a ZrO(NO)bath and a mixed solution of Ca(NO).4HO and NHHPOto respectively form Zr(OH)colloidal layer and Ca(PO)(OH)layer. Then, the substrate is subjected to a low-temperature sintering process to convert the two layers into a HA/ZrOcomplex coating.
