A first shaft member of a shaft included in this rotor includes: a first large-diameter portion disposed radially inward of a rotor core; and a first small-diameter portion disposed on a first axial side relative to the rotor core. The first small-diameter portion is provided with a driving force transmitter to transmit a driving force, which is transmitted thereto from the rotor core, to a driving force transmission member. A portion of the first shaft member located on a second axial side is connected to a second shaft member of the shaft.

Rotor and rotor manufacturing method

An inverter unit includes a switching element unit, a control board, a cooler, and an inverter case. The inverter case is integrally fixed to a rotating electrical machine case. The cooler is disposed so as to be in contact with the switching element unit on an opposite side to a rotating electrical machine side. The control board is disposed on the rotating electrical machine side of the switching element unit.

Inverter unit

A first switching element and a second switching element are arranged side by side in a first direction. An output bus bar is disposed to extend in the first direction. The first switching element and the second switching element are disposed to be embedded in a molded portion. The output bus bar includes an embedded portion embedded in the molded portion, a first exposed portion exposed from the molded portion on one side of the switching element set in the first direction, and a second exposed portion exposed from the molded portion on another side of the switching element set in the first direction.

Switching element unit and switching element module for use in an inverter circuit

A connection terminal unit that can be appropriately connected to terminal connection portions of a semiconductor module including a semiconductor element and that can reduce a projection area when seen in a direction orthogonal to a direction along a chip surface is realized. Connection terminal unit includes plurality of connection terminals facing and connected to plurality of terminal connection portions of semiconductor module, and terminal mold portion holding connection terminals. Terminal mold portion has abutment portion that abuts against semiconductor module or base material holding semiconductor module. Abutment portion has vertical abutment portion that abuts against semiconductor module or base material from vertical direction that is a direction in which connection terminals face terminal connection portions, and side abutment portion that abuts against semiconductor module or base material from at least two directions that are different from each other and intersect with vertical direction.

Connection terminal unit

This manual transmission includes a connection changeover mechanism which changes the state of connection between the output shafts of the motor generator and the transmission in accordance with a gear stage established by a driver's shift lever operation. When a gear stage for low speed travel is established, a power transmission system is established between the output shafts of the motor generator and the transmission, and the motor speed reduction ratio is set to a first speed reduction ratio. When a gear stage for intermediate speed travel is established, a power transmission system is established between the output shafts of the motor generator and the transmission, and the motor speed reduction ratio is set to a second speed reduction ratio. When a gear stage for high speed travel is established, no power transmission system is established between the output shafts.

Manual transmission

This transmission include an input shaft to which power is input from an internal combustion engine and an output shaft to which power is input from an electric motor. This transmission has a gear stage (EV) for EV travel (different from the neutral) in which no power transmission system is established between the input and output shafts, and a plurality of gear stages (1-st to 5-th) for HV travel in which a power transmission system is established between the input and output shafts. '1-st' is used in place of 'EV' so as to start a vehicle only when EV travel cannot be performed normally. On an H pattern, a &#x201c;shift completion position for EV&#x201d; is disposed at a position through which a shift operation member passes during a &#x201c;shift operation&#x201d; (operation in the front-rear direction of the vehicle) from a &#x201c;1-2 selection position&#x201d; to a &#x201c;shift completion position for 1-st.&#x201d;

A manual transmission including an input shaft Ai receiving power from an internal combustion engine through a clutch, an output shaft Ao receiving power from an electric motor, an EV gear stage for EV travel (different from neutral) in which no power transmission route is established between Ai and Ao, and a plurality of gear stages for HV travel in which a power transmission route is established between Ai and Ao. The movement of a shift lever SL from the neutral position to an EV-gear-stage shift completion position and the movement of the shift lever SL from the neutral position to the EV-gear-stage shift completion position is permitted only in a state in which the clutch pedal CP is depressed to provide an HV-MT vehicle power transmission control apparatus that includes a mechanism requiring a driver to operate a clutch pedal at the time of gear change.
