A relay state determination device includes a voltage value acquisition unit, a contact bounce time acquisition unit, and a state determination unit. The voltage value acquisition unit acquires a voltage value between one pair of contacts mutually opened and closed in a relay. The contact bounce time acquisition unit obtains a contact bounce time indicated by the one pair of contacts based on the temporal change in the voltage value after the ON instruction to the relay. The state determination unit compares the contact bounce time with a time threshold value to determine whether or not the relayhas deteriorated.

The disclosure provides a socket that can be held at any position on rails having different width dimensions. The socket includes a housing, which can be held on a rail that has a first side part and a second side part and extends in a first direction. The housing includes a first locking part disposed on one side of the rail in a second direction to be capable of locking the first side part in a third direction; a second locking part disposed on the other side of the rail in the second direction to be capable of locking the second side part in the third direction; and a third locking part disposed between the first locking part and the second locking part in the second direction to face the first locking part to be capable of locking the first side part of the rail in the third direction.

A mechanism is provided such that a load is generated on the contact member by the motion of the guide towards the fixed function against the returning spring immediately before the mobile contact point contacts the fixed contact point. This mechanism applies a contact point spring load of the contact point spring and the load as a contact pressure to the contact member for contacting the mobile contact point with the fixed contact point.
