An isothermal container includes: a vacuum heat insulating container; a vacuum heat insulating lid configured to close the vacuum heat insulating container; a body protection case, and a lid outer protection case and lid inner protection case that cover outside of the vacuum heat insulating container and outside of the vacuum heat insulating lid, respectively; a box body housed inside the vacuum heat insulating container; a box lid configured to close the box body; and a cold storage agent provided on a bottom portion and a wall portion of the box body and the box lid. Outer and inner cover materials are joined together at faces facing the vacuum heat insulating lid among faces constituting the wall portion of the vacuum heat insulating container. A joined part of the materials is located inside the body protection case without being exposed to the outer surface of the body protection case.

Isothermal container

A vacuum insulator () includes: a core (); a pressure sensor () that detects a pressure; a transmitter () that transmits, by wireless communication, the detected pressure detected by the pressure sensor (); a power feeder () that feeds electric power to the pressure sensor () and the transmitter (); and an outer skin (), an inside of which is decompressed, the outer skin () accommodating therein the core (), the pressure sensor (), the transmitter (), and the power feeder (), the outer skin () having gas barrier capability.

Vacuum insulator and system for testing the same

Provided is a thermostatic container that improves both the communication radio wave transmissivity and keeping cold performance of a thermostatic container. A thermostatic container includes: a vacuum heat insulating container; a vacuum heat insulating lid configured to close the vacuum heat insulating container; a box body housed inside the vacuum heat insulating container; a box lid configured to close the box body; and a phase change material provided on a bottom portion and a wall portion of the box body and the box lid. An area made of a radio wave transmissive organic substance is provided on a path leading from inside of the box body to outside of the heat insulating container.

Thermostatic container

To improve the moldability and keeping cold performance of a vacuum heat insulating container. A constant temperature container includes a heat insulating container formed by disposing a core material between an outer cover material and an inner cover material and sealing the core material in a reduced-pressure state. The core material includes a first core material, the first core material being an organic substance made of open-cell foam, and a second core material having a lower thermal conductivity than the first core material at a vacuum degree of 100 Pa or less.

Constant temperature container

Provided is a constant temperature container capable of largely improving the heat insulating property. A constant temperature container includes: a heat insulating container; a heat insulating lid configured to close the heat insulating container; a box body housed inside the heat insulating container; a box lid configured to close the box body; a phase change material provided on a bottom portion and a wall portion of the box body and the box lid; and a support member provided between the bottom portion of the box body and a bottom portion of the heat insulating container, the support member supporting the box body in such a manner that the wall portion of the box body is separated from a wall portion of the heat insulating container.

A storage box includes a wall including: a packaging member; and a heat transfer body and a cold storage agent that are stored in the packaging member. The cold storage agent is disposed closer to an outer surface of the storage box than the heat transfer body is. Consequently, a chill from the cold storage agent spreads over the heat transfer body, and the chill is transferred to an inside of the storage box through the heat transfer body. Thus, a temperature can be more homogeneously maintained in the storage box.

Storage box

A thermally insulated container includes a container main body having a storage section and an opening, a lid body that covers the opening of the container main body, and an inner box stored in the storage section. The lid body has a convex portion arranged along a periphery of the opening of the container main body and protruding toward an inside of the storage section when the lid body covers the opening. The convex portion faces the inner box, with a gap between the convex portion and the inner box when the lid body covers the opening.

Thermally insulated container

A vacuum heat insulation material includes outer covering material which has a gas barrier property and a core material that is provided in an inside of outer covering material, the inside of the outer covering material being vacuum sealed, in which a sealed portion that is configured by sealing the peripheral edge of outer covering material, fin that is formed on the peripheral edge of outer covering material, and compressed portion which is formed by a protrusion being compressed, the protrusion is generated when the peripheral edge of outer covering material is folded back toward the core material are provided. Thereby, it is possible to provide a vacuum heat insulation material that is able to suppress reduction of a heat insulation property when a plurality of sheets are disposed lined up.

Vacuum thermal insulation material

The present invention provides a refrigerator with improved refrigerator box strength and high heat insulating performance, which is configured such that external deformation due to entry of air into a vacuum heat insulating material, the entry of air being caused by aging degradation, is prevented. The present invention includes: a heat-insulated box including an inner casing and an outer casing, in which space between the inner casing and the outer casing is filled with a foamed heat insulating material; and a vacuum heat insulating material disposed in at least a side wall of the heat-insulated box together with the foamed heat insulating material, the vacuum heat insulating material including an outer skin material, the outer skin material including at least a core material and being decompression-sealed. The vacuum heat insulating material includes a gas adsorbent. Since the vacuum heat insulating material including the gas adsorbent is included in the side wall, which tends to be greatly distorted among the heat insulating walls of the refrigerator, the rigidity of the side wall is improved and aging degradation of the vacuum heat insulating material is suppressed. As a result, the rigidity of the heat-insulated box can be maintained for a long term, and external deformation of the outer casing of the body can be prevented.

Refrigerator and vacuum heat insulating material for use in refrigerator

A vacuum insulation material includes: a core member having a large number of minute spaces; a cover member having an internal space in which the core member is housed, the internal pressure being decompression-sealed; and an inspection member provided between the core member and the cover member. The inspection member includes a retaining portion disposed on the core member and a hole formed in the retaining portion.

Vacuum insulation material and heat insulation housing using the same

A plurality of thin-wall parts () of a sealant layer () are formed in a portion continuously changed in the interval of one sealing part () and a gas barrier layer () of other laminate film (). At the inner circumferential side between the adjacent thin-wall parts () and the thin-wall part () at the innermost circumferential side and at the outer circumferential side of the thin-wall part () of the outermost circumferential side, a thick-wall part () of the sealant layer () is formed. All of the opposing sealant layers () between the two adjacent thin-wall parts () are mutually heated and fused, so that an excellent adiabatic performance is maintained for a long period.

Vacuum heat insulation material and manufacturing method therefor

A gas adsorbing device () according to the present invention includes a gas adsorbing material () that adsorbs at least nitrogen and a housing container () that has a long, thin, flat, tubular shape and is made of metal and in which both sides of a housing portion () configured to house the gas adsorbing material () under reduced pressure are sealed. A contact portion () where opposing inner surfaces of the housing container () are in close contact with each other is located between at least one of seal portions (and) of the housing container () and the housing portion ().

In heat-blocking or keep warm using a vacuum heat insulator, a surface having a radiation heat transfer suppressor is faced to a high-temperature side. Thus, the vacuum heat insulator exhibits excellent heat-insulating performance in a temperature range of 150&#xb0; C. or higher.
