Provided in a paper sheet feeding apparatus and a box making machine are: a plurality of wheels capable of supplying a sheet by coming into contact with a lower surface of the sheet; a grate liftable and lowerable to an ascending position positioned above upper edges of the plurality of wheels and a descending position positioned below the upper edges of the plurality of wheels; a drive motor; an elevating device capable of lifting the grate to the ascending position by rotating the drive motor in one direction and capable of lowering the grate to the descending position by rotating the drive motor in the other direction; and a control device capable of adjusting an amount by which the grate is lifted and lowered by the elevating device by controlling the drive motor.

Paper sheet feeding apparatus and box making machine

A sheet folding device includes forming belts which are disposed on both sides in a transfer direction of a corrugated board and move to a center side in a width direction of the corrugated board toward a downstream side in the transfer direction to press both end portions in the width direction from an outside so as to bend both the end portions; and a gauge roller group including several gauge rollers which are disposed along the transfer direction and come into contact with outer sides of both bent portions in the width direction of the corrugated board bent by the forming belts. In the several gauge rollers, recessed portions are provided on outer peripheral surfaces of the gauge rollers in a circumferential direction. Positions of the recessed portions are disposed to be offset downward in a vertical direction toward a downstream side in the transfer direction.

A box making machinery and a corrugated board running register method, include a feeding unit, a processing apparatus which carries out processing on a corrugated board, a running register device which adjusts the processing position of the processing device in a carrying direction of the corrugated board, and a control device which controls the running register device, wherein the control device includes a carrying misalignment amount calculation unit which calculates the carrying misalignment amount of the corrugated board from the feeding unit to a preset predetermined carrying position, and a control unit which adjusts the processing position of the corrugated board to be processed next using the running register device on the basis of the carrying misalignment amount after processing of the corrugated board has finished.

Box making machinery and method for adjusting processing position of corrugated boards

Provided are a sheet stacking device, a counter ejector and a box making machine, wherein: a hopper unit stacks sheet-like cardboard boxes; feeding rolls feed a cardboard box to the hopper unit; and a guiding device is disposed between the feeding rolls and the hopper unit and includes a first guide part that extends in a horizontal direction and guides a lower surface of the cardboard box and a second guide part that extends in a vertical direction and guides a rear end of the cardboard box. Due to this configuration, the occurrence of damage to box making sheets in high-speed conveying of the box making sheets can be suppressed and the box making sheets can be appropriately stacked in a prescribed posture.

Sheet stacking device, counter ejector and box making machine

A squaring device provided to a counter ejector part that stops flat cardboard boxes fed from an upstream, using a front stop, in a downstream part of a box-manufacturing machine, receives and stacks the flat cardboard boxes in a stacking part in a hopper part, and ejects the stack as a batch. It includes a squaring plate that, while the stacking part retains in a stack position during a retention interval, squares the cardboard boxes stacked on the stacking part, in conjunction with the front stop, the retention interval being set in accordance with a feed speed of the cardboard boxes and a count setting for a stack of the cardboard boxes. A reciprocation driving unit drives the squaring plate to reciprocate toward and away from the front stop, and is configured to vary a speed ratio of a squaring speed for reciprocating the squaring plate, to the feed speed.

Squaring device and counter ejector, and box-manufacturing machine

A counter ejector disposed at a downstream part of a box former, the counter ejector including a hopper that receives a sheet-shaped corrugated board box being transferred from an upstream side and fallen; and a blower that downwardly blows air to a hopper from above the corrugated board box, wherein the blower is capable of changing a blowing area to be blown along a transfer direction of the corrugated board box, and blows air to the blowing area corresponding to at least the front-end portion and the rear-end portion of the hopper in the transfer direction if the corrugated board box has a possible maximum size in the transfer direction.

Counter ejector and box former

A counter ejector has: a ledge that moves toward an inner side of a hopper to receive boxes S in the hopper when the boxes accumulated in the hopper reach the predetermined number; a press bar that is disposed so as to move vertically relative to the ledge, and presses the batch on the elevator by moving vertically downward relative to the ledge; and a relative movement servo motor that moves the press bar vertically relative to the ledge. The press bar is driven by the relative movement servo motor to vertically move relative to the ledge.
