A long rod cleaning machine having an electric motor, a tip tool including a cleaning portion, a head to which the tip tool is attachable, a rod, and a rotator between the head and the rod. The tip tool is attached in a manner movable with a driving force from the electric motor. The head includes a peripheral portion surrounding the cleaning portion and including a surface-cleaning lateral portion to be in contact with a cleaning target surface together with the cleaning portion. The rotator includes a rotation restrictor connecting the head to the rod in a manner rotatable relative to the rod about at least two axes. The rotation restrictor partially or fully restricts rotation of the head.

It is an object of the invention to provide an impact tool having a rational mechanism in an idling state. According to the representative invention, in an idling state defined as a state in which a tool accessoryis not pressed against a workpiece and an impact bolttransmits a striking force to the tool accessorythe tool accessory retainermoves with respect to a tool accessory holderby movement of the tool accessoryin the longitudinal direction, so that the striking force is cushioned.

Impact tool

A tool housing case includes a main body case, for holding a power tool, for example, and an accessory case, for holding a power tool accessory, for example, which accessory case is connectable to the main body case on a handle side of the main body case near a main body case handle. The accessory case has an opening that can be selectively closed by a cover element. A space is provided between the handle and the accessory case for receiving a user's hand when the handle is gripped, and when a user's hand is not gripping the handle, this space allows access to the accessory case.

Tool housing case and subcase

It is an object of the invention to provide a technique for a reduction of vibration of an auxiliary handle for a hand-held power tool. The object can be achieved by a representative auxiliary handle. The auxiliary handle includes a ring-like mounting part, a pair of bases, a rod-like grip, one or arms and an elastic region. The bases are formed on a free end of the mounting part. The bases of the mounting part and extending end portions of the arms are arranged parallel to the longitudinal direction of the grip. The bases of the mounting part and the extending end portions of the arms are clamped by a bolt and a nut such that the mounting part holds the power tool body. The elastic region is provided in at least one of the mounting part, the bases and the extending end portions of the arms.

Auxiliary handle

A hammer drill is provided with a connector equipped with a female terminal, movably between a connection position where the female terminal is located inside a plug-in port and a non-connection position where the female terminal is in retreat from inside the plug-in port. The hammer drill is also provided with a torsion spring that urges the connector toward the non-connection position. The connector is provided with a shutter portion that is located inside the plug-in port to close the plug-in port at the non-connection position and is in retreat from inside the plug-in port at the connection position. A dust collecting device is provided with a press rail that comes into abutment on the connector to move the connector to the connection position against the urging of the torsion spring as the dust collecting device is mounted.

Attachment device-equipped electric tool

It is an object of the invention to provide a power tool that effectively prevents leakage of lubricant while regulating the internal pressure of a housing space for a driving mechanism. Power tool

A power tool according to the invention includes a dynamic vibration reducer having a body, a weight and elastic elements. The body is formed by a plurality of cylindrical members which are coaxially disposed to face each other. The elastic elements exert biasing forces on the cylindrical members such that the cylindrical members are held apart from each other. The cylindrical members are fixed to the tool body side under the biasing forces of the elastic elements. Venting members for forced vibration are provided on the cylindrical members and protrude radially outward from the cylindrical members, respectively. The venting members are mounted by inserting into venting member mounting parts on the tool body side in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical members. At least one of the venting members can move with respect to the cylindrical member in the longitudinal direction.

A power tool includes a mode switching device that includes a mode switching member turned by manual operation, a linearly moving driven-side member and a mode switching mechanism actuated by linear motion of the driven-side member. The actuating member is disposed on the mode switching member such that the initial position of the actuating member is located in a position displaced in a radial direction from the rotation axis of the mode switching member. When the mode switching member is turned, the actuating member revolves in a circular arc movement in contact with the driven-side member to linearly move the driven-side member. The actuating member is structured to move radially inward of the mode switching member from the initial position toward the rotation axis of the mode switching member with respect to the mode switching member.
