An electrified vehicle system includes an electric motor coupled to a drive wheel via a plurality of power transmission components and a control device. The control device is configured to act as: a feedforward control section configured based on a transfer function simulating vibration transmission characteristics of a power transmission system, receiving as an input a required torque of the electric motor from a driver, and outputting a base command torque of the electric motor; a timing estimation section estimating, based on information on the power transmission system, a timing at which a backlash between the plurality of power transmission components is eliminated; and a torque correction section applying, to the base command torque, a correction torque for reducing a vibration generated in the power transmission system due to elimination of the backlash, in response to an arrival of the timing estimated by the timing estimation section.

An exhaust gas control apparatus has an exhaust gas control element other than an SCR catalyst. A temperature increase treatment unit executes temperature increase treatment that increases temperature of exhaust gas flowing into the exhaust gas control apparatus so as to increase the temperature of the exhaust gas control element to a specified target temperature. In this case, when operation of the internal combustion engine is stopped while the temperature increase treatment unit is not executing the temperature increase treatment, addition of an additive to the SCR catalyst from an addition valve is executed after operation stop of the internal combustion engine. An exhaust gas purification apparatus for an internal combustion engine includes an addition valve to add a precursor of ammonia or ammonia into an exhaust passage of the internal combustion engine, a sensor to detect NOx and ammonia at the upstream side of the addition valve, a channel cross section reducing part arranged at the downstream side of the addition valve, and a control device to limit the calculation of an amount of the precursor of ammonia or an amount of ammonia to be added from the addition valve based on a detection value of the sensor, or the calculation of a rate of NOx reduction based on the detection value of the sensor, in cases where a flow rate of exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust passage is equal to or more than a predetermined flow rate.

Exhaust gas purification apparatus for an internal combustion engine

An object of the present invention is to detect deterioration of a selective reduction type catalyst early and improve a detection precision in a deterioration detection system for an exhaust gas purification apparatus including a selective reduction type catalyst disposed in an exhaust passage of an internal combustion engine, a reducing agent adding valve disposed in the exhaust passage upstream of the selective reduction type catalyst, and a NOsensor disposed in the exhaust passage downstream of the selective reduction type catalyst. To achieve this object, in the deterioration detection system for an exhaust gas purification apparatus according to the present invention, during control for causing the reducing agent adding valve to add a reducing agent, the reducing agent adding valve is controlled in order to modify a reducing agent addition interval thereof while keeping an addition amount per fixed time period constant. Deterioration of the selective reduction type catalyst is then determined on the basis of a difference in a NOpurification ratio before and after modification of the addition interval.

Deterioration detection system for exhaust gas purification apparatus

An exhaust purifying device for an internal combustion engine which can restrict an influence of a measurement error in a NOx sensor provided at the downstream side of a catalyst and can optimally maintain a NOx purifying rate. The device includes a catalytic converter carrying a selective catalytic reduction catalyst provided in an exhaust passage of the engine to selectively reduce nitrogen oxides, a urea water adding valve for adding urea water to the catalyst as a reducing agent, a NOx sensor provided at the downstream side of the catalyst, and an ECU for adjusting an addition amount of the urea water adding valve based upon output of the NOx sensor, wherein a urea water addition amount adjusting process is executed under a condition that a NOx amount to be generated in the engine increases.

Exhaust purifying device for internal combustion engines

The present invention provides an exhaust purification apparatus for an internal combustion engine which enables a decrease in NOx purification rate and possible ammonia slip to be inhibited. The apparatus includes an NOx catalyst, a urea aqueous solution addition valve serving as reducing agent adding means, and NOx sensors provided an inlet and an outlet of the NOx catalyst, respectively. When the bed temperature of the NOx catalyst is in a predetermined high-temperature region in which the amount of ammonia converted into NOx increases relatively and an NOx purification rate decreases relatively, the apparatus uses outputs from the NOx sensors to perform correction such that the actual addition amount of the urea aqueous solution addition valve reaches a target addition amount.
