Provided is a novel polycarbonate polyol derivative having a terminal amino group. The polycarbonate polyol derivative of the present disclosure is represented by Formula (1) below. In Formula (1), A denotes a group having a polycarbonate skeleton, and n and m are average values and are numbers satisfying n≥2 and n−m>0. The group A in Formula (1) is a group in which all hydroxyl groups are removed from the structural formula of a polycarbonate polyol having a number average molecular weight from 300 to 10000, and preferably includes a group having a repeating unit represented by Formula (a) below.

Provided is a composition capable of forming a cured product having excellent adhesion to a substrate, hardness, scratch resistance, and chemical resistance. The composition of the present disclosure includes a polyol compound (A) and an isocyanate compound (B), the polyol compound (A) containing a compound (a1) having a number average molecular weight calibrated with polystyrene standards of less than 800 and being represented by Formula (1), where Rto Rare a group represented by Formula (1a); and the isocyanate compound (B) containing a compound (b) represented by Formula (2), where Lto Lare a hydrogen atom, an NCO group, or an alkyl group having from 1 to 10 carbon atom(s) and having a group represented by Formula (2').

Provided is a polyester polyol that can be used for forming a polyurethane excelling in durability and solvent resistance. A polyester polyol of the present invention is represented by Formula (1) and has a molecular weight distribution of less than 1.2: In Formula (1), Rand Rrepresent, identically or differently a divalent hydrocarbon group, and n is an integer. Rto Rrepresent, identically or differently a hydrogen atom, a monovalent hydrocarbon group, or a group represented by Formula (2): In Formula (2), m and s represent, identically or differently an integer of 1 or greater. 2m occurrences of Rrepresent, identically or differently a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or an alkoxy group. Provided are a composition capable of forming a cured product with excellent hardness, scratch resistance, chemical resistance, and flexibility; and a polyisocyanate compound that can be used as a curing agent for the composition. The polyisocyanate compound is represented by Formula (1), wherein Rto Rare identical or different and are a group represented by Formula (1a), wherein Land Lare identical or different and represent an alkylene group having from 1 to 10 carbons, m represents a number of 0 or greater, Lrepresents a divalent hydrocarbon group having from 4 to 18 carbons, and X represents an isocyanate group or a blocked isocyanate group blocked with a blocking agent, where m is not simultaneously 0 for Rto R, and the bond with the wavy line bonds to a nitrogen atom in Formula (1). In addition, the composition contains a polyisocyanate compound and a polyacrylic polyol.
