This switching power supply device having a plurality of power supply circuits to be connected to a multi-phase power supply, is provided with: a first substrate on which an electric component constituting a filter circuit is mounted, the output end of the filter circuit being provided on one end side in a first direction; a second substrate on which a power semiconductor constituting a circuit provided at a stage later than the filter circuit is mounted, the input end of the circuit provided at the stage later than the filter circuit being provided on one end side in a second direction that intersects with the first direction; and a third substrate which is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate, and on which a wiring pattern for electrically connecting the output end to the input end is formed.

Switching power supply device

The switching power supply device is provided with: a plurality of power supply circuits corresponding to phases of a multi-phase AC power supply; a switching circuit that is capable of switching a phase connected to a power supply circuit not corresponding to one discretionary phase of the multi-phase AC power supply between the one discretionary phase and a phase to which the power supply circuit corresponds; an inrush current prevention circuit for preventing inrush current that is provided on a negative-electrode-side power supply line of the multi-phase AC power supply and at a position further toward the multi-phase AC power supply than is a connection point to which each of the plurality of power supply circuits are connected; and a filter circuit that is provided between the multi-phase AC power supply and the inrush current prevention circuit and has all lines of the plurality of phases magnetically coupled thereto.

In the present invention, the connection between an external power supply and a unit for detecting welding of a relay is disestablished at least when a short circuit is detected, thereby preventing the short circuit from being falsely detected in the event that the short circuit and the welding of the relay can both be detected. A device for detecting welding of a relay detects welding of a relay provided to a path via which a cell is charged by an external power supply. Welding of a power-supply-side relay or a ground-side relay is detected on the basis of a current flowing disproportionately more toward the external power supply than the power-supply-side relay or ground-side relay when a control unit has deactivated the power-supply-side relay or ground-side relay during an interrupting in charging. A disconnecting switch establishes or disestablishes the connection between the external power supply and a weld-detection switch.

Device for detecting welding of relay

A switching power supply device includes: a plurality of power supply circuits which include a first power supply circuit and a second power supply circuit and respectively correspond to a plurality of phases of a multiphase AC power supply; a switching circuit; an inrush current prevention (ICP) circuit; and a control circuit. The control circuit causes the switching circuit to switch a phase to be connected to the second power supply circuit to a phase corresponding to the first power supply circuit, and causes the ICP circuit to function so that initial charge of electrolyte capacitors included in the respective power supply circuits is performed. After the initial charge is completed, the control circuit causes the switching circuit to switch the phase to be connected to the second power supply circuit to the phase corresponding to the second power supply circuit, and causes the ICP circuit to turn off.

Switching power supply device including an inrush current prevention circuit

The relay-welding detection circuit detects welding of relays (RYP, RYN) provided on a charging path from an external power supply (PW) to a first battery (), and is provided with: a second battery () that can supply a welding-detection power supply independently of the external power supply (PW); a transistor switch () that is a circuit in which there is substantially zero current flowing in from the external power supply (PW) side of the relays, and that controls whether or not to supply the welding-detection power supply to the second battery () on the basis of the voltage at the external power supply (PW) side of the relays; and a control unit () that is electrically insulated from the transistor switch (), and that to detects welding of the relays (RYP, RYN) on the basis of whether or not the transistor switch () has supplied the welding-detection power supply.
