A transmission controller gives an engagement instruction to a forward clutch so that the forward clutch is engaged when a rotation speed of the engine becomes a target engine rotation speed set on the basis at least of a vehicle speed and a speed ratio of a continuously variable transmission after the engine is started, if a cancellation request for a sailing-stop control is made during execution of the sailing-stop control, and the continuously variable transmission is downshifted before the forward clutch is engaged, if the target engine rotation speed when the cancellation request for the sailing-stop control is made is less than a first predetermined value.

A vehicle control device for controlling a vehicle includes a drive source and an automatic transmission connected to the drive source and including a variator. The vehicle control device includes: a first control unit configured to execute a during-travel drive source stop control for stopping the drive source and shifting the automatic transmission in a neutral state if a during-travel drive source stop condition is satisfied; and a second control unit configured to execute a during-travel drive source stop release control for shifting the automatic transmission in a power transmission state via a rotation synchronization control in the automatic transmission set in the neutral state if a during-travel drive source stop release condition is satisfied. The second control unit executes the rotation synchronization control with the variator downshifted from a speed ratio during the during-travel drive source stop control if the during-travel drive source stop release condition accompanied by a downshifting request of the variator is satisfied.

A control device for a vehicle controlling the vehicle including a driving source and an automatic transmission coupled to the driving source and includes a power transmission mechanism including a forward engaging element. The control device for the vehicle includes a first control unit configured to execute a driving-source-stop-while-traveling control that stops the driving source and brings the automatic transmission into a neutral state when a driving-source-stop-while-traveling condition for stopping the driving source while traveling is satisfied and a second control unit configured to engage the forward engaging element on the basis of input and output rotation speeds of the power transmission mechanism after a driving-source-stop-while-traveling cancellation condition is satisfied.

The present invention is configured such that: in a stopped state of an electric oil pump (M/O/P), control of the electric oil pump (M/O/P) is started such that, when a driver has the intention of demanding drive force, a discharge pressure takes on a target hydraulic pressure (P) determined in accordance with the demanded drive force from the driver; and a pressure regulation target value of a line pressure regulation valve () is set to a value that is higher than or equal to the target hydraulic pressure (P). Thus, it is possible to provide a vehicular hydraulic control device capable of suppressing hunting in line pressure (PL) when the line pressure (PL) is regulated so as to take on the target hydraulic pressure (P).
