Bogie includes: cross beam supporting carbody of railcar; wheels provided at each of both car width direction sides of bogie to be lined up in car longitudinal direction; front and rear axles each connecting wheels positioned at respective left and right car width direction sides of bogie to each other; bearings provided at both respective car width direction sides of front and rear axles and rotatably supporting front and rear axles; axle boxes accommodating respective bearings; plate springs of fiber-reinforced resin and extending in car longitudinal direction support both respective car width direction end portions of cross beam, both car longitudinal direction end portions of plate springs supported by respective axle boxes; electrically nonconductive buffer members each interposed between plate spring and axle box; electrically nonconductive contacting members each interposed between plate spring and cross beam; and plate spring cover covering part of plate spring and electrically connected to wheel.

A railcar bogie includes: a cross-beam supporting a carbody; pair of axles at both cross-beam sides in car longitudinal direction and extending in car-width direction; bearings at both car-width direction sides of each axle and rotatably supporting axles; axle-boxes accommodating respective bearings; plate-springs supporting both car-width direction end-portions of the cross-beam and extending in car longitudinal direction, both car longitudinal direction end-portions of each plate-springs supported by axle-boxes; pressing members at both car-width direction end-portions of the cross-beam placed on respective car longitudinal direction middle-portions of plate-springs, lower surface of a portion of each pressing member having a convex downward circular-arc shape in side-view, the portion pressing the plate-spring, a middle-portion upper surface of each plate-spring having convex downward circular-arc shape in side-view, the middle-portion pressed by the pressing member, and a lower surface curvature of the pressing member larger than the upper surface curvature of the middle plate-spring portion.

Railcar bogie

A railcar axle box suspension includes a coupling mechanism configured to couple an axle box to a bogie frame, and the coupling mechanism includes: an axle beam including a tubular portion; a core rod inserted through the tubular portion, protruding portions being provided at both sides of the core rod; a pair of receiving seats provided at the bogie frame and including fitting grooves, the protruding portions being fitted in the fitting grooves; a pair of lid members supporting the respective protruding portions; fastening mechanisms fixing the lid members to the receiving seats; and locking members. Each of the receiving seats includes a first screw hole. Each of the lid members includes a first insertion hole and a second screw hole. Each of the fastening mechanisms includes: a first bolt; a second bolt; and a plate having a fitting hole and a second insertion hole, the fitting hole being fitted to a head portion of the first bolt and restricting rotation of the first bolt, a shaft portion of the second bolt being inserted through the second insertion hole. The first bolt is threadedly engaged with the first screw hole through the first insertion hole. The fitting hole of the plate is fitted to the head portion of the first bolt, and the second bolt is threadedly engaged with the second screw hole through the second insertion hole. Each of the locking members restricts rotation of the second bolt relative to the second screw hole.
