There is provided a printed wiring board including an outermost conductive layer that includes a plurality of conductive pads, a first conductive layer that includes a first inner-layer wiring and is stacked on the conductive layer, a second conductive layer that includes a second inner-layer wiring and is stacked on the conductive layer and the first conductive layer, a first signal via that connects one of the conductive pads and the first inner-layer wiring with each other, a second signal via connecting another one of the conductive pads and the second inner-layer wiring with each other, and a stitching via that is connected to a ground. The first inner-layer wiring and the second inner-layer wiring form a common wiring route in which the first inner-layer wiring and the second inner-layer wiring are stacked and disposed in a connection area in which the conductive pads are arranged.

To propose an optical scanning method for a video device including an optical scanning unit in which one end of a light guide path has a protruding beam-shaped structure. The video device includes the optical scanning unit having the light guide path in which light enters from one end and emits from the other end, and a vibration unit configured to apply vibration to the light guide path via a joint unit in a vicinity of the other end of the light guide path; a drive signal generation unit that generates a drive signal for inducing vibration in the vibration unit; and a scanning trajectory control unit which has a function of independently vibrating the light guide path in a first direction substantially perpendicular to an optical axis direction of the light guide path, and in a second direction substantially perpendicular to the optical axis direction of the light guide path and substantially perpendicular to the first direction by the vibration unit, and which generates a first drive signal configured to drive the vibration unit in the first direction and a second drive signal configured to drive the vibration unit in the second direction with any pattern. The scanning trajectory control unit generates the first drive signal and the second drive signal as sine waves having different phases and a substantially same frequency, and sets a modulation amount of an amplitude modulation of a sine wave of the second drive signal to be larger than a modulation amount of an amplitude modulation of a sine wave of the first drive signal.

This recording/reproducing apparatus that records or reproduces information by radiating light to a recording medium is provided with: a medium rotating unit that rotates the recording medium; a moving unit having a movable unit that is capable of moving within a predetermined plane; a rotation angle detecting unit that detects a rotating angle of the recording medium using an angle detection mark that is provided on the recording medium; a position detecting unit that detects a position of the recording medium using an eccentricity detection mark that is provided on the recording medium; and a member for fixing the rotation angle detecting unit and the position detecting unit. In servo control within an optical disc apparatus, when iterative learning control is started, the servo characteristics are modified to servo characteristic giving increased gains during a given period of time. Under this condition, the iterative learning control is provided.

An optical disk as disclosed herein includes, among other things, a summing module that sums a compensation signal to a predetermined signal in a servo loop. The compensation signal compensates for a periodical disturbance input into a servo system of the optical disk device in units of a rotation angle of the disk rotating module. A phase lead imparting module imparts a predetermined amount of phase lead to an output signal from an optical detector module and outputs the predetermined amount of phase lead as the compensation signal. The predetermined amount of phase lead is determined in accordance with the rotation period information. The optical disk device performs an accurate iterative learning control to provide stable servo performance. The iterative learning control is performed such that the signal having imparted an optimal amount of phase lead in accordance with the rotation period information is added to the servo loop.
