A holding frame holds a polygonal solar battery panel including a light receiving surface. The frame includes a lower disposed in a spaced relationship with a back surface opposite to the light receiving surface, a rising part extending upward from the lower part, and a holding part formed at an end portion of the rising part on a side of the panel to hold one side of the panel. The holding part includes a portion protruding inwardly from the end portion, a portion protruding outwardly from the end portion, a portion extending upwardly from an outside of the outward-protruding portion, and a sandwiching portion extending inwardly from the upward extending portion to sandwich the panel between the sandwiching portion and the outward-protruding portion. The lower part includes a portion protruding inwardly relative to the rising part, and an outward-protruding portion protruding outwardly relative to the rising part.

A solar cell module in the present invention includes: a wiring member electrically connecting solar cell elements to each other; and a structure in which a solder bonding portion is formed by bonding a collecting electrode, which is provided on a light receiving surface of the solar cell element, extends in a first direction parallel to the wiring member, and has a width smaller than that of the wiring member in a cross section vertical to the first direction, and the wiring member together by melting solder, a cross-sectional shape of the solder bonding portion vertical to the first direction has a shape that gradually narrows toward the collecting electrode from a lower surface of the wiring member, and a side surface of the solder bonding portion and a side surface of the wiring member are covered with a thermosetting resin.

Solar cell module and manufacturing method thereof

A plurality of thin linear thin wire electrodes are formed entirely over a first surface that is a light receiving surface of a solar cell element, a back surface collecting electrode is formed on a second surface that is a back surface of the solar cell element, and a wiring member which draws power is connected to each of the thin wire electrode and the back surface collecting electrode. The thin wire electrode and the wiring member are bonded with solder and side surfaces of the solder bonding portion in a longitudinal direction along the wiring member are coated with a thermosetting resin, and, in a region excluding the thin wire electrodes, the wiring member and the first surface are bonded with a thermosetting resin. The wiring member and the thin wire electrodes are bonded to have a sufficient mechanical bonding strength and high bonding reliability.

In a solar battery cell, a plurality of silver electrodes are formed in a dot shape with a predetermined gap therebetween linearly along a rear surface tab line. Pitches among the silver electrodes are set so as to be large in a central part of a silicon substrate and small at the ends of the silicon substrate. By arranging many silver electrodes at ends of the silicon substrate having a large stress, the rigidity at the ends is improved, and the warpage is decreased, thereby suppressing cell cracking.

Solar battery cell

A solar battery cell that comprises a plurality of grid electrodes and light-receiving-surface lead connection electrodes on a light receiving surface of a semiconductor substrate, and comprises a plurality of back-surface lead connection electrodes that are connected to back-surface lead wires, formed on the second straight lines that are substantially opposite to the first straight lines while sandwiching the semiconductor substrate together with the first straight lines, on a back surface of the semiconductor substrate, wherein an edge portion of each of the light-receiving-surface lead connection electrodes is not overlapped with an edge portion of each of the back-surface lead connection electrodes in a width direction.

A solar battery cell includes: a light-receiving-surface bus electrode; a light receiving surface of a semiconductor substrate; and a long lead wire for extracting electricity. The light-receiving-surface bus electrode extends in a predetermined direction on the light receiving surface of the semiconductor substrate and the long lead wire is overlapped on and joined to the light-receiving-surface bus electrode. The light-receiving-surface bus electrode and the lead wire are respectively provided with mutually engaging, without a gap, convex portions and concave portions on surfaces thereof facing each other to regulate misalignment in a width direction between the light-receiving-surface bus electrode and the lead wire.

Solar battery cell, solar battery module, and joining method of lead wire of solar battery cell

A solar cell module device includes a solar cell module formed by arranging plural solar battery cells; a reinforcing frame arranged on a back surface of the solar cell module; and a buffer material made of a rigid material and arranged between the solar cell module and the reinforcing frame. The buffer material has a size not causing the back surface of the solar cell module to come in contact with the reinforcing frame when the solar cell module is bent relative to a length of the reinforcing frame in a longitudinal direction. Therefore, the reinforcing frame does not bury into the buffer material, moreover, the buffer material does not abrade by coming in contact with the reinforcing frame.

Solar cell module device

A solar battery module device includes a solar cell module formed by arranging a plurality of solar battery cells; a rack-shaped frame having a substantially rectangular shape supporting an outer-edge portion of the solar cell module by surrounding a whole periphery of the outer-edge portion; and a reinforcing frame that is bridged over between two opposite sides of the rack-shaped frame by forming a predetermined gap between the reinforcing frame and a back surface of the solar cell module, and supports the solar cell module by being brought into contact with the back surface of the solar cell module when the solar cell module is bent. The reinforcing frame is engaged with engagement notches formed on the back surface of the rack-shaped frame.

Solar battery module device

An apparatus for holding a plurality of solar cell units includes a mounting member to be fixed onto a roof, a plurality of fixtures, and a frame member having to-be-sandwiched portions to be sandwiched and fixed between the mounting member and the fixtures, and grooves that support the ends of the plate-shaped solar cell units. The to-be-sandwiched portions of the frame members are positioned inside projection plane regions that project the solar cell units and the grooves immediately below, whereby the distance between adjacent solar cell units reduces.
