An electric junction box, comprises a plurality of bus-bars spaced apart from each other, and a case made of a resin, covering the plurality of bus-bars and including a window for exposing a portion of the plurality of bus-bars, wherein the window has a first edge located at respective exposed portions of the plurality of bus-bars and a second edge located between the respective exposed portions of the plurality of bus-bars; and the first edge is formed along a virtual line that is at an angle with respect to an extending direction of the bus-bars, and the second edge is formed with a depressed area having a shape of a rectangular triangle whose slope is the virtual line.

Electric junction box, molding and processing dies therefor

Provided is a technology with which, when producing a resin molded article, the inside of which is provided with an insert component such as a terminal fitting, it is possible to prevent the insert component from being exposed at an inappropriate position, and to ensure the desired positional accuracy. In an injection molding device, the accuracy of the position of a terminal is improved by allowing a core-back mold to move after a terminal, which is an insert component, has been inserted in a terminal tip holding section of a slide mold. By allowing the core-back mold to move by only a prescribed amount prior to injection molding, a resin wall is formed between the core-back mold and the terminal. The inappropriate exposure and shorting of and the adhesion of foreign substances to, and the like, the terminal can thus be prevented.

A mold unit is provided for molding an object part to be molded which is arranged on an object. The mold unit includes: a fixed core, having a dividing surface thereon; a molding die which is incorporated in the fixed core to mold the object part to be molded; and an auxiliary die interposed between the molding die and the dividing surface of the fixed core to ensure a positional accuracy of the object part to be molded with respect to the object by modifying the auxiliary die.

Mold unit and module for electrical connection

A combined terminal is made by combination of first and second terminals. The first terminal has a first plate portion. The second terminal has a second plate portion and a window portion formed in the second plate portion. The first and second terminals are combined so that the first and second plate portions are superposed while the first terminal remains to be linked to a frame by a link portion therebetween. The combined first and second terminals are removed from the frame by cutting the link portion through the window portion.

Method for manufacturing combined terminals

A movable connector includes a first member, a second member that is adapted to be fixed to the first member, a first connector that is fixed to the first member, a holder that is integrally formed on the second member, and a second connector that is provided within the holder so as to move in a first direction perpendicular to a second direction in which the first connector is connected to the second connector. The first connector is connected to the second connector in accordance with an operation for fixing the first member to the second member.

Movable connector

A female terminal fitting includes a bottom plate which extends in a front-back direction, a female electrical contact portion formed on a front side of the bottom plate, a board connecting portion extending backward of the bottom plate, and a stress relaxation portion. The bottom plate has a first stress relaxation portion which is resiliently deformable in an up-down direction. A side wall is erected from and formed on at least one side portion of the bottom plate in a right-left direction. A connecting portion connects to the board connecting portion in a state that the board connecting portion is arranged so as to be parallel to the front-back direction and is located more inside than the side wall. The connecting portion is a second stress relaxation portion which is resiliently deformable in the right-left direction and in the front-back direction.
