A vehicle approach notification system includes a filter; a notification sound controller which generates a signal corresponding to a notification sound for notifying of approaching of a vehicle, based on a sound signal obtained from a notification-sound sound source; and a setter which obtains vehicle information of the vehicle, and sets, according to the vehicle information, at least one of the notification-sound sound source to be used in generation of the notification sound, a filter property to be applied to the filter, or a control parameter to be applied to the notification sound controller in generation of the notification sound. The notification sound controller outputs the signal generated, through the filter to an exterior loudspeaker provided to the vehicle.

A vehicle proximity notification apparatus has first and second loudspeakers which output warning sound notifying proximity of a vehicle to an outside, and an adjusting unit. The adjusting unit adjusts the sound output from the first loudspeaker so that a sound collecting signal, which is obtained when the second loudspeaker collects the sound output from the first loudspeaker, coincides with a reference signal, in a state in which the first loudspeaker functions as a sound outputting element and the second loudspeaker functions as a sound collecting element. An inspection signal generator of an acoustic device outputs a first inspection signal. An amplifier receives a first reference signal, and outputs a second inspection signal according to the first inspection signal. A first detector is electrically connected to an output side of the amplifier, and outputs a first detection signal based on the second inspection signal. Sound reproducing apparatus

A sound reproducing apparatus is provided with a circuit comprising a first secondary phase shifter in a front stage of at least one of channels among a first power amplifier, a second power amplifier and a third power amplifier, and a second secondary phase shifter and an adder in at least one of remaining channels for providing an output by adding output signals of a music signal source and the second secondary phase shifter. The sound reproducing apparatus for use with a signal source comprises, a first output unit connected to the signal source via a first power amplifier, a first phase shifter connected to the signal source, a second output unit connected to the first phase shifter via a second power amplifier, a second phase shifter connected to the signal source, a third output unit connected to the second phase shifter via a third power amplifier, a fourth phase shifter connected to a third phase shifter, and a fourth output unit connected to the fourth phase shifter via a fourth power amplifier, wherein the first output unit and the second output unit are in right and left relation with each other, the third output unit and the fourth output unit are in right and left relation with each other, a group of the first output unit and the second output unit and a group of the third output unit and the fourth output unit are in front and rear relation with each other. The vehicle is equipped with the sound reproducing apparatus. In this way, it is possible to obtain a sound reproducing apparatus improved in sound quality and a vehicle using the sound reproducing apparatus.
