A mobile terminal includes: a display unit; a sensing unit configured to detect an input signal; and a control unit configured to display a 360-degree video on the display unit and control the sensing unit to detect the input signal. In correspondence to a first input signal for playing the 360-degree video at a first playing angle, the control unit displays a first image played at the first playing angle on the display unit. When a second input signal for changing a playing angle of the 360-degree video to a second playing angle different from the first playing angle is detected, the control unit displays a second image played at the second playing angle as a main screen on the display unit and displays the first image played at the first playing angle as a PIP screen on the display unit.

Mobile terminal and operating method for providing a screen of an optimized viewing angle

A mobile terminal can include a touchscreen; and a controller to display first, second and third icons respectively having first, second and third sizes; in response to a first touch input on the first icon, display a screen of a first application; in response to a second touch input on the first icon, display a change indicator overlapping the first icon; in response to a third touch input on the change indicator, transition the first icon into a widget object; in response to a fourth touch input on the widget object, increase the size of the widget object and decrease sizes of the second and third icons while the size of the widget object increases, display changing preview information of the first application within the widget object; and in response to a fifth touch input on the widget object, display the screen of the first application.

Mobile terminal and control method thereof

A mobile terminal and a touchscreen and a method of controlling the mobile terminal may be provided. The mobile terminal may cause the touchscreen to display a first item; cause the touchscreen to display a first indicator on at least part area of the first item upon receiving a first input of the first item; and cause the touchscreen to display a second item upon receiving a second input of the first indicator.
