What is provided is a graft copolymer (A) obtained by graft-polymerizing a monomer component (a) to a rubber-based polymer, in which the monomer component (a) contains 60% to 85% by mass of a mixture (a1) of α-methylstyrene and an aromatic vinyl compound other than α-methylstyrene with respect to the total mass of the monomer component (a), and the rubber content of the graft copolymer (A) is 35% by mass or more with respect to the total mass of the graft copolymer (A).

Graft copolymer, resin composition for plating, molded article, and plated product

The resin composition for plating of the present invention includes: a graft copolymer (A) in which a monomer component (a) including specific amounts of an aromatic vinyl compound (a1), a vinyl cyanide compound (a2), and another vinyl compound (a3) is graft-polymerized on a rubbery polymer; and a polycarbonate resin (P), wherein an amount of resin (P) is 40 to 70% by mass, based on a total mass of the resin composition, a rubber content (X) in copolymer (A) is more than 40% by mass, based on a total mass of copolymer (A), a graft ratio (Y) of copolymer (A) satisfies formula (1): 793e≥Y≥515e(1), and a rubber content (Z) in the resin composition is 10 to 18% by mass, based on a total mass of the resin composition.

Resin composition for plating

A rotation controlling section of a control unit calculates a maximum thicknesswise difference in a wafer by using a noncontact thickness measuring instrument, and if the maximum thicknesswise difference exceeds a tolerance, relatively changes a rotational speed of a chuck table relative to a rotational speed of a spindle. This can shift a rotational speed ratio, which is a ratio between the rotational speed of the spindle and the rotational speed of the chuck table, from an integer. Therefore, the maximum thicknesswise difference can be made small through spark-out processing. As a result, cyclic variations in thickness value of the wafer are reduced, enabling planarization of a ground surface of the wafer.

Grinding apparatus

A grinding apparatus including a chuck table for holding a wafer, a grinding unit having a spindle for rotating a grinding wheel, an inclination adjusting unit for adjusting the inclination of the rotation axis of the chuck table with respect to the rotation axis of the spindle, a touch panel, and a control portion. The control portion is adapted to compare the information regarding the target sectional shape input into a target shape input field with the information regarding the present sectional shape input into a present shape input field and then control the inclination adjusting unit to change the inclination of the rotation axis of the chuck table so that the wafer is ground to obtain the target sectional shape of the wafer.

The present invention provides a thermoplastic resin composition in which occurrence of an absorption phenomenon in a coating step can be suppressed and which is excellent in terms of impact resistance, heat resistance, and fluidity during a molding step; a coated article; and a molded resin article obtained by molding the thermoplastic resin composition. The thermoplastic resin composition contains: 35 to 75 parts by mass of an aromatic polycarbonate resin (A); 15 to 35 parts by mass of a rubber-containing graft copolymer (B) obtained by copolymerizing a monomer mixture comprising an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl cyanide compound in the presence of a rubbery polymer; and 10 to 50 parts by mass of a rigid copolymer mixture (C) containing a rigid copolymer (C-I) and a rigid copolymer (C-II), in which in the rigid copolymer mixture (C), an amount of the rigid copolymer (C-II) is 20% to 80% by mass in the mixture.

A thermoplastic resin composition containing 25 to 50 parts by mass of a rubber-containing graft copolymer (A) obtained by copolymerizing a monomer mixture containing an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl cyanide compound in the presence of a diene-based rubber-like polymer, and 50 to 75 parts by mass of a hard copolymer mixture (B) containing a hard copolymer (B-I) and a hard copolymer (B-II).

An endoscope includes: an illuminator configured to guide illumination light from a light source capable of emitting the illumination light intermittently and apply the illumination light to an object; an imaging element including a light receiver where multiple pixels configured to receive light and perform photoelectric conversion to generate electric signals are arranged in a two-dimensional matrix, and a reader configured to sequentially read the electric signals per horizontal line from each of the multiple pixels; a generator configured to, based on a first vertical synchronization signal that is input from an external processor and reference timing of exposure of the imaging element with the illumination light, generate a second vertical synchronization signal for controlling timing at which the reader reads the electric signal; and an imaging controller configured to cause the reader to read the electric signals sequentially according to the second vertical synchronization signal.

An endoscope system includes an endoscope, an illumination portion, a light adjustment portion, an insertion channel configured to allow insertion of a laser probe capable of radiating an aiming monochromatic laser beam, a gain control portion, a halation detection portion, and a control portion, and in a case that halation by the aiming monochromatic laser beam is detected in the halation detection portion, the control portion controls the light adjustment portion to adjust the illumination light and controls the gain control portion to control the gain.

An endoscope includes: an image sensor including: pixels for receiving light to generate image signals, and reading circuits sharing predetermined number of pixels with one another; a format converter configured to convert the image signals output from the image sensor into a predetermined format corresponding to a processing device for performing image processing on the image signals; and a connector including the format converter and configured to be connected to the processing device. The image sensor includes a color filter of a Bayer array in which a red filter for passing a red component and a first green filter for passing a green component are alternately arranged in even lines of horizontal lines of the pixels, and a second green filter for passing a green component and a blue filter for passing a blue component are alternately arranged in odd lines of the horizontal lines.

Endoscope

A grinding method for grinding a plurality of platelike workpieces at a time is provided. The workpieces are attached to a support member and held on a chuck table. A grinding wheel is brought into contact with the workpieces to grind the workpieces at a time. The grinding wheel includes a disk-shaped wheel base having a first surface, a plurality of first abrasive members arranged annularly on the first surface of the wheel base, and a plurality of second abrasive members arranged annularly on the first surface of the wheel base radially inside the first abrasive members in a concentric relationship with the first abrasive members. The radial spacing between the first abrasive members and the second abrasive members is set larger than the minimum spacing between any adjacent ones of the workpieces.

A light source apparatus includes a first light-emitting element to generate an illumination light with a first light emission intensity to be applied to a subject, and a second light-emitting element to generate an illumination light with a second light emission intensity, including at least light with a wavelength different from the illumination light generated from the first light-emitting element. The first light-emitting element and second light-emitting element are arranged, so that the peaks of the first emission intensity and second emission intensity become identical.
