An automatic soldering mechanism is for jetting a solder jet flow to a printed-circuit board to carry out a soldering of the printed-circuit board. The automatic soldering mechanism comprises a solder tank for storing a molten solder and a solder jetting nozzle section for jetting the solder jet flow higher than a melt surface of the molten solder within the solder tank in an inert gas atmosphere.

Automatic soldering mechanism capable of improving a working efficiency

A switch including a breaker, the size and cost of which can be reduced is provided, the switch including a breaker having a structure such that a mechanical switch for turning an electric circuit on/off includes a breaker for interrupting the electric circuit. Moveable contacts arranged to approach and move apart from fixed contacts are elastically urged in a direction where the moveable contacts move apart from the fixed contacts. When the breaker is set, the moveable contacts are located apart from the fixed contacts in such a manner that a short distance is maintained. By switching the mechanical switch on, a solenoid is operated to bring the moveable contacts into contact with the fixed contacts. When the breaker is operated, the elastic urging force is suspended to move the moveable contacts apart from the fixed contacts for a distance longer than a distance for which the moveable contacts are located apart from the fixed contacts when the mechanical switch is switched off.

Switch including breaker

An automatic canceling device for a winker system of an automobile that can effectively reduce the size of the solenoid incorporated and hence the overall size as well as the manufacturing cost of the device is provided. Such an automatic canceling device comprises a case, a winker operating lever pivotably fitted to the case, an expandable engaging section connected to the lever by way of a compression spring, a locking cam unit provided within the case and engaged with the engaging section to hold the lever in a neutral, left or right position, a releasing member provided in abutment with a cam provided on the lever to return the lever to its unlocked position and a solenoid to be energized by a release signal to activate the releasing member.

Winker automatic canceling device

Herein disclosed is a detent mechanism for a detent mechanism for use in a sliding electric part, in which an operation lever exposed to the outside from a casing is slid for operations, such as a slide switch or a volume control for audios. In the detent mechanism, a slide guide formed in a casing is formed with a series of cam crests. There is fixed to an operation lever an engaging member which engages with those cam crests. At least one of the slide guide and the engaging member is given such an elasticity as to tighten the engagement.

Detent mechanism for sliding electric parts

Disclosed is a detent mechanism for use in a control with a sliding lever, in which the lever is slid to desired operation positions, such as for example, a slide switch or a volume control of a radio. In the detent mechanism, a slide guide is formed with a series of cam crests. Fixed to the sliding lever is a spring member which carries a roller at its leading end which engages with and rolls on the cam crests.
