It is aimed to satisfactorily correct the position of a lock arm. A connector () is provided with a first housing (), female terminal fittings () to be inserted into the first housing () from behind, a second housing () to be connected to the first housing (), a lock arm () provided at the first housing () and displaceable to a lock position where the first and second housings () are locked in a connected state by the lock arm locking the second housing () and a lock releasing position where separation of the first and second housings () is enabled by releasing the locking, and a correcting portion () arranged to face a surface on an unlocking direction side of the lock arm () in the connected state.

Surface mount connector

It is aimed to provide a connector having a function of protecting a male terminal and capable of coping with size reduction. A connector includes a guide, inside which a female housing is arranged, a cavity located behind the guide and communicating with inside of the guide, a holding member arranged movably in a front-rear direction with respect to the guide, and a male terminal arranged inside the cavity and including a tab projecting forward. The male terminal is provided to move integrally with the holding member.

It is aimed to provide a connection structure for flexible printed board and a method for manufacturing a flexible printed board unit, which are hardly affected by dimensional tolerances between adjacent contacts and capable of preventing a size increase. A flexible printed board includes a first constituent portion having a plurality of first contacts arrayed along a lateral direction provided on a front surface and a second constituent portion disposed side by side with the first constituent portion in a front-rear direction and having a plurality of second contacts arrayed along the lateral direction provided on a front surface. A supporting portion supports the flexible printed board in a folded state such that a back surface of the first constituent portion and a back surface of the second constituent portion face each other. The first contacts and the second contacts are arranged in a staggered manner along the lateral direction.

Connection structure for flexible printed board and method for manufacturing flexible printed board unit

It is aimed to realize a size reduction. A connector includes a first housing () and a second housing () connectable to each other. The second housing () is configured by assembling a first terminal holding member () and a second terminal holding member () to be relatively displaceable. The first housing () is provided with a restricting portion () for allowing a connecting operation of the first terminal holding member () and restricting a connecting operation of the second terminal holding member (). The first terminal holding member () is provided with a restriction releasing portion () for releasing restriction by the restricting portion () in a state where the connecting operation of the first terminal holding member () is started.

Connector having first housing and second housing connectable to each other

It is aimed to provide a connector capable of satisfactorily holding a board even in a high-temperature and high-humidity atmosphere. A connector is provided with a connector housing including a board accommodation space, a terminal fitting mounted in the connector housing to face the board accommodation space, and a retainer for sandwiching and holding a flexible board arranged in the board accommodation space between the terminal fitting and the retainer. A state of the retainer changes to a pressing state for pressing the flexible board toward the terminal fitting and a non-pressing state for releasing pressing to the flexible board. The retainer is made of metal.

Connector for holding flexible printed circuit

A connector having a moving plate that performs positioning of a tab in an excellent manner. This connector comprises: a first housing having a terminal-holding part and a hood part; a male terminal fitting with a tab protruding into the hood part; a second housing that is closely fitted with the first housing; and a moving plate that positions a front-end part of the tab and is capable of moving inside the hood part, the tab penetrating through the moving plate. The moving plate has a protrusion formed such that a hole edge section of a positioning hole within a first facing surface that faces the second housing is caused to protrude forward. When the moving plate is in an initial position, the front end of the tab is positioned farther toward the rear than a virtual protective surface to which the outer surface of the protrusion is extended forward.

It is aimed to enable a peak value reduction of connection resistance without hindering a connecting operation. A first housing includes an initial position holding portion for holding a movable housing at an initial position and a connection position holding portion for holding the movable housing at a connection position. A facing interval between the movable housing at the initial position and the second housing is narrower than that between a housing body and the second housing, and a facing interval between the movable housing at the connection position and the second housing is equal to that between the housing body and the second housing. The second housing is provided with a holding releasing portion for releasing holding by the initial position holding portion when the movable housing reaches a position just before a proper connection position in a connection process to the first housing.

A terminal includes a tube portion, into which a mating terminal is inserted, and a resiliently deformable resilient piecedisposed in the tube portion. The resilient pieceincludes an inner contact pointlocated inside the tube portionto contact the mating terminal, and an outer contact pointlocated outside the tube portionto contact a conductor different from the mating terminal.

Terminal, connector and connector assembly

A lever-type connector includes a first housing, a second housing, and a lever for moving the second housing. The lever is formed with cam grooves and the second housing includes cam followers movable along the cam grooves. The lever is rotatable about axes of rotation movable within a predetermined range with respect to the first housing. The cam groove includes a first groove portion configured to guide the cam follower, a second groove portion disposed along the first groove portion on the side of the axes of rotation with respect to the first groove portion and configured to guide the cam follower, and a coupling groove extending in a direction intersecting the first and second groove portions to couple the first and second groove portions and configured to guide the cam follower. The coupling groove extends in a direction along a moving direction of the axes of rotation.

Lever-type connector

A connector includes a wire harness, and a connector main body to which the wire harness is attached. The connector main body includes a first substrate stack in which a plurality of first substrates are held in a vertically stacked state, a first bottom substrate that forms the lowermost first substrate of the first substrate stack and includes a coupling post extending upward from an upper face, and a second substrate stack that is arranged on a lateral side of the first substrate stack and in which a plurality of second substrates are held in a vertically stacked state. At least one of the plurality of second substrates included in the second substrate stack is provided with a coupling hole (a through hole provided in the second substrates of the second layer, the fourth layer, and the sixth layer) that can be fitted to the coupling post (a right post).

It is aimed to improve abrasion resistance. A tab () of a male terminal fitting () is resiliently sandwiched between a resilient pressing piece () and a pressure receiving portion () in a rectangular tube portion () of a female terminal fitting (), whereby the male terminal fitting () and the female terminal fitting () are connected. A male conductive member () capable of resiliently contacting the pressure receiving portion () while rolling is mounted in the tab (). The female terminal fitting () is provided with a female conductive member () capable of resiliently coming into contact with the tab () by biasing of the resilient pressing piece () and capable of contacting the tab () while rolling.
