An engine that suppresses damage on a support mechanism of a diesel particulate filter (DPF) due to vibration in the pitch direction, in which the DPF, which purifies exhaust gas from an exhaust manifold, is disposed in an orientation orthogonal or approximately orthogonal to a rotational axis of a crankshaft in a plan view. A support mechanism is provided, which enables a cylinder head, an intake manifold, and an intake collector to support the DPF. The support mechanism includes a first support position in which the cylinder head supports the DPF, a second support position in which the intake manifold supports the DPF, and a third support position in which the intake collector supports the DPF. The third support position deviates from the first support position and the second support position in a direction of the rotational axis of the crankshaft.

Engine

An engine device in which an exhaust gas purification device can be disposed without substantially increasing mounting width dimensions (height, lateral width, front and rear width) of an engine. The engine device includes the exhaust gas purification device connected to an exhaust manifold of the engine, an oil pan disposed on a bottom of the engine, a support body for linking the exhaust gas purification device to the oil pan, so that the exhaust gas purification device is supported by the oil pan.

Engine device

Provided is an engine device that facilitates fastening between a main machine frame () and a side surface of an exhaust gas purification case () so that workability of mounting the exhaust gas purification ease () can be easily improved. The engine device is provided with the exhaust gas purification case () for processing exhaust gas from an engine (), and the exhaust gas purification ease () is disposed on a main machine () side on which the engine () is mounted. The engine device is provided with the main machine frame () on which the engine () and the like are mounted. The main machine frame () is provided with a bottom support member () for supporting the exhaust gas purification case () and side support devices () for fastening and fixing the exhaust gas purification case () to the main machine frame () in an attachable and detachable manner.

An engine device in which an exhaust gas purification device can be assembled adjacent to an engine with high rigidity, and the exhaust gas purification device can be compactly installed. The engine device includes an exhaust gas recirculation device and a common rail disposed on the side on which an intake manifold of the engine is disposed, the exhaust gas purification device disposed on the side on which an exhaust manifold of the engine is disposed, an oil pan disposed on the bottom of the engine, and a support body for linking the exhaust gas purification device to the oil pan, so that the exhaust gas purification device is supported by the oil pan via the support body.

Engine generator

An exhaust gas recirculation device for an engine having a cylinder head with a suction port and an exhaust port, provided with a mechanism for recirculating a portion of exhaust gas to the suction side of the cylinder head, comprises a connection hole is opened through a wall of the cylinder head disposed between the suction port and the exhaust port. The connection hole is bored vertically slantwise. The connection hole at the suction side is opened along the direction of swirls of sucked air. A throttle is disposed in at least either a suction flow passage communicating with the suction port or an exhaust flow passage communicating with the exhaust port so that the opening area of the suction flow passage or the exhaust flow passage can be adjusted by the throttle.

Superstructure of engine

The present invention provides novel monoclonal antibodies HE-22A, HE-35A, HE-39E, and HE-69B against human IgE, a mixture thereof, hybridomas producing the antibodies, and immunoassays of human IgE employing the antibodies, which are useful for clinical diagnosis of allergic diseases or parasitic infections.

The monoclonal antibodies of the present invention makes it possible to separate basophils suitable for the IgE-mediated specific chemical mediator release test, because it retains its reactivity with basophils even after being immobilized onto a solid carrier, and because it does not inhibit release of chemical mediators induced by allergens or anti-IgE antibody, and does not induce nonspecific release of chemical mediators. Also, the method for separating basophils of the present invention simplifies the separation of basophils from blood, and by using this method, the histamine release test which otherwise requires complex procedures can be simplified. Further, the group of cells obtained by the method for separating basophils of the present invention can easily be utilized in the release tests for chemical mediators released from basophils such as leukotriene and PAF, which otherwise require expertise for handling.
