Control of storage of subscriber data in mobile communication system

A method for simultaneously forming an epitaxial silicon layer on a surface of a silicon substrate, and a polysilicon layer on a silicon dioxide (SiO.sub.2) layer which is formed on the silicon substrate using a low pressure silicon vapor deposition method, employing silicon hydride gas, particularly disilane (Si.sub.2 O.sub.6), as a silicon source gas. A crystal growing temperature ranging from 780.degree. C. to 950.degree. C. and a reaction gas pressure ranging from 20 Torr to 300 Torr are desirable. An extended silicon epitaxial region is achieved under a higher temperature and a higher gas pressure, and with a substrate of a (100) orientation. A polysilicon layer having an even surface and joining smoothly to an epitaxial silicon layer which is simultaneously formed, is obtained under a lower temperature and a lower gas pressure, and with a substrate of a (111) orientation.

Method of manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor

A solid electrolytic capacitor has a capacitor element including a metal plate, such as a plate of aluminum, tantalum, niobium or titanium, capable of having a dielectric oxidation layer formed thereon, a resist layer of a desired shape formed on a predetermined portion of the metal plate, a dielectric oxidation layer formed on a surface of the metal plate at one portion thereof defined by the resist layer, a polymer layer of a heterocyclic compound such as pyrrole, furan or thiophene formed on the dielectric oxidation layer, a conductive layer formed on the polymer layer, a first terminal attached to another portion of the metal plate defined by the resist layer, and a second terminal attached to the conductive layer. In an embodiment, a plurality of the metal plates are stacked to obtain a capacitor element having a multi-layered structure. In another embodiment, the polymer layer and conductive layer are formed successively to obtain an array-type solid electrolytic capacitor element comprising a single metal plate. In a further embodiment, the polymer layer and conductive layer are formed successively to obtain an array-type solid electrolytic capacitor element comprising stacked metal plates.

A truck construction for an attraction type, magnetically levitated vehicle having four electromagnets or electromagnet groups arranged at vertex points in a rectangular plane figure to confront a pair of left and right armature rails laid on the ground. The electromagnets or electromagnet groups are connected to each other by means of girders having a simple structure each constituted by a web and flanges to form a truck having a rectangular plane shape having overall high resistance to torsion. The truck or a group of such trucks are attached to a vehicle through shock absorbing members.

Construction of truck for attractive type magnetically levitated vehicle

An electromagnetic suspension and guide system for a magnetically suspended vehicle comprises an armature rail of three-legged shape in cross section fixedly mounted on a rail support laid on the ground, and an electromagnet core of three-legged shape in cross section fixedly mounted on a magnetically suspended vehicle and disposed so that the three legs thereof are in an opposing relationship to the three legs of the armature rail with a gap therebetween, respectively. The three-legged electromagnet core has a different width from that of the three-legged armature rail, and the two side legs of the core are provided with windings wound thereon, respectively. The suspending and guiding operations of the vehicle are controlled by controlling the energizing currents supplied to the electromagnet. An electrical control circuit for producing such energizing currents includes a detector for determining the vertical and lateral positions of the electromagnet core relative to the armature rail, an amplifier connected to the detector, and a current controller responsive to the output signals from the amplifier for producing the energizing currents.

Electromagnetic suspension and guide system for magnetically suspended

An improvement of the attractive type electromagnet device for the magnetic levitation running vehicles. Each of the electromagnets arranged in two longitudinal rows has a U-shape-cross-section core of which opposite ends are each slanted to face downwards and a coil so wound around each leg portion of the core that the bent portions of the coil bundle are each downwardly dropped. Thus every adjacent two electromagnets can be longitudinally closely arranged at the upper sharpened edges of said slanted core ends and at the upper outer edges of said coil bundle downwardly drooped bent portions. Thus it is possible to overcome defaults of the prior arts, namely magnetic flux interruptions and so on.

A structural arrangement for carrying armature rails of an attraction type magnetically floated travelling body comprising a plurality of carrying blocks which are fixed to bases and are arranged with spacing in the longitudinal direction of rails; and an armature rail which is carried along the side of the bases by the carrying blocks, said armature rail being provided with a groove and a flange formed on one side thereof confronting the carrying block, each carrying block being provided with a groove which engages with the tip of the flange of the armature rail and with an extruding arm which engages with the groove provided in the armature rail, the structural arrangement further including a tightening device for connecting each armature rail to each carrying block by tightening the engagement of the flange of the rail with the block and the engagement of the extruding arm of the block with the groove of the rail respectively.

A magnetically levitated vehicle comprising: a body; and a plurality of modules arranged on said body in close positional relationship in two rows symmetrical with reference to the longitudinal vertical plane traversing the body and each including a frame, one or more attractive electromagnets, a propulsive linear motor and a suspension structure disposed between said frame and the body and including cushioning and shock-absorbing members and link mechanisms for imparting a degree of freedom to the relative movement of the frame and the body, the electromagnets and the linear motor, being fixedly attached to the frame.
