A relief valve includes: a housing having a hollow cylindrical valve chamber and having a first communication port opening on one end side of the valve chamber; a first valve element for opening and closing the first communication port; a first spring for biasing the first valve element in the closing direction; and a retainer having a spring seat for supporting the first spring. A set load of the first spring is adjusted based on the press-fit amount of the retainer with respect to the housing. A press-fit piece member including a plurality of press-fit pieces is formed in the retainer, such that the press-fit pieces of the press-fit member are arranged to be spaced away from each other in the circumferential direction of the retainer and elastically abut the housing.

Flow control valve

A flow control valve may include a housing including a fluid-flow channel, a valve seat including a valve hole and positioned in the fluid-flow channel, an electric motor disposed in the housing, and a valve body configured to be axially moved toward and away from the valve seat by the electric motor via a feed screw mechanism. The valve body includes a straight projecting portion. The projecting portion is configured to be positioned in the valve hole in an initial valve body lifting range in which a lift distance of the valve body relative to the valve seat is not greater than a predetermined lift distance.

Flow control valve and evaporated fuel processing device

A flow control valve includes a housing having a valve chamber, an inlet port, an outlet port, and a valve seat. In addition, the flow control valve includes a valve body disposed in the valve chamber, an actuator having an output rotational shaft, a feed screw mechanism to convert forward and reverse rotational motion of the output rotational shaft to axial reciprocating motion of the valve body, a backlash preventive spring positioned between the housing and the valve body, and a spring supporting device formed on the housing and having a spring seating surface. The spring seating surface is spaced from the valve seat in an opening direction of the valve body.

A stepping motor includes a stator, a rotor rotatably supported by the stator, and an auxiliary magnetic member. The auxiliary magnetic member has a body, side edge parts at both circumferential ends of the body, and an opening between the side edge parts. The auxiliary magnetic member is elastically mounted around a flange of the stator. The auxiliary magnetic member includes, at one of the side edge parts, a projecting part protruding radially inward from a projected inner circumferential surface of the body across the opening.

Stepping motor

A fluid control valve includes a valve unit, a valve casing, and a secondary molded member. The valve casing houses the valve unit therein and includes a first connection pipe part and a second connection pipe part. The first connection pipe part has a hollow pipe shape with a first engagement part. The second connection pipe part has a hollow pipe shape with a second engagement part. The first connection pipe part is connected to the second connection pipe part. The secondary molded member is made of a resin material and covers the first engagement part and the second engagement part to prevent the first connection pipe part from being detached from the second connection pipe part.

Fluid control valve

An evaporated fuel treatment device is provided with an electric-operated valve, a positive-pressure relief valve mechanism and a negative-pressure relief valve mechanism. The electric-operated valve has a valve body for opening/closing a vapor passage allowing a fuel tank and a canister, and adjusts the flow rate by electrical control. The positive-pressure relief valve mechanism opens when the pressure at the fuel tank side has a value greater than or equal to a predetermined positive pressure value. The negative-pressure relief valve mechanism opens when the pressure at the fuel tank side has a value less than or equal to a predetermined negative pressure value. The electric-operated valve is configured such that the valve body is moved in the valve opening direction by the pressure at the fuel tank side that is higher, by a predetermined value, than the valve opening pressure for the positive-pressure relief valve mechanism.

Evaporated fuel treatment device

A fuel vapor processing apparatus may include a canister and a valve device. The canister may include a canister case and may adsorb fuel vapor and allow desorption of fuel vapor. The valve device may include a valve housing defining a fuel vapor passage therein. A valve may be disposed within the valve housing and may control a flow of fuel vapor through the fuel vapor passage. The valve housing may be directly connected to the canister case, so that the fuel vapor passage communicates within the canister case.

Fuel vapor processing apparatus

A flow rate control valve includes: a valve casing forming a fluid passage; a valve seat provided in the fluid passage; a stepping motor; a valve guide stroke-controlled by the stepping motor via a feed screw mechanism; a valve body configured to be placed and separated on and from the valve seat; a connector connecting the valve guide and the valve body so as to allow them to move in an axial direction within a predetermined range; a valve spring biasing the valve body in a closing direction. When closing the valve body, ECU controls the motor to a closed state such that a connection between the valve guide and the valve body by the connector is released, with the valve body being seated on the valve seat, and the valve guide being situated at a non-contact position spaced away from the valve seat.

Flow rate control valve and fuel vapor processing apparatus including the same

A fuel vapor recovery apparatus to be mounted on a vehicle having a fuel tank has an adsorbent canister capable of adsorbing and desorbing fuel vapor vaporized in the fuel tank, a vapor path providing communication between the fuel tank and the adsorbent canister, a purge path providing communication between the adsorbent canister and an intake path of an internal combustion engine, a purge valve configured to open and close the purge path, a blocking valve configured to open and close the vapor path and having a valve body, and a regulator for controlling the purge valve and the blocking valve. The fuel tank is sealed when the blocking valve is closed. The fuel tank is configured to be depressurized by opening the blocking valve. The blocking valve is composed of a motor valve that has a driving motor and can adjust an opening amount by controlling a stroke of the valve body.
