A lighting unit includes a housing, a first cover, and a second cover. The housing is configured to house a light source and a circuit body constituting a circuit between the light source and an outside of the housing. The first cover is mountable to the housing and configured to emit light from the light source to the outside of the housing. The second cover is mountable to the housing and includes a cover-side attachment portion attachable to an attachment hole of a lighting attachment member. The second cover is configured to emit the light from the light source to the outside of the housing through the attachment hole. The first cover and the second cover are selectively mountable to the housing.

Lighting unit

A connecting structure includes a housing which is inserted into a cover, and a terminal which is accommodated in the housing and holds an electronic device. The housing allows the electronic device to be inserted from an outside of the housing into the housing in a state where the terminal is accommodated in the housing. The cover comes in contact with the electronic device in a state where a part of the electronic device is inserted to the terminal. The cover allows the housing to be inserted into the cover in a state where whole part of the electronic device is inserted into the housing to be held at a normal position by the terminal. The cover has an abutting face preventing the electronic device from slipping out from the housing in a state where the housing is inserted into the cover.

Connecting structure for electronic device

In a connecting structure for electronic devices, a housing is configured to be inserted into a cover, and a terminal is accommodated in the housing to hold an electronic device inserted therein. A terminal accommodating chamber in the housing accommodates the terminal. An opening part is formed in a forward end surface of the housing in a first direction in which the housing is inserted into the cover, and communicates with the terminal accommodating chamber so that the electronic device is inserted therethrough. A positioning part is provided in the terminal accommodating chamber, and is configured to come in contact with a forward end of the electronic device in a insertion direction of the electronic device, so as to position the electronic device in the second direction.

Connection structure of electronic components

A connection structure includes a housing; terminals fixed in the housing; and an electronic component accommodated inside the housing and connected to the terminals. Each terminal includes: a base portion; a protrusion piece extending from the base portion in a lateral direction; and an elastic contact piece extending from the base portion in the lateral direction so that a distance between the protrusion piece and the elastic contact piece becomes shorter towards an end of the elastic contact piece separate away from the base portion. The housing includes a terminal-fixing part protruded from a wall surface of the housing at a position between the protrusion piece and the elastic contact piece near the base portion of the terminal to clamp and fix the protrusion piece between the terminal-fixing part and a wall of the housing.

Connection structure of electronic component

A connector includes: one terminal having a part-connecting portion to be connected to an anode of an LED; and the other terminal having the part-connecting portion to be connected to a cathode of the LED; and a housing in which the terminals are embedded. The connector is made by insert-molding. The terminals are arranged in a cavity formed between upper and lower dies so that the part-connecting portions are arranged in the same plane with a gap. An outer shape of the cavity corresponds to an outer shape of the connector. After a projection formed on the upper die is interposed between the part-connecting portions, the cavity is filled with melted synthetic resin to mold the housing.

Interior illumination apparatus

There are provided a wire harness and a method of manufacturing the wire harness capable of reducing the assembling cost. The wire harness includes: an insulating housing (), on the board () of which partition walls () are arranged in parallel with each other; a cover member () capable of holding the insulating housing (); a large number of pressure-connecting terminals () and crimping terminals () respectively arranged along the partition walls (); and a large number of electric wires () respectively connected to the pressure-connecting terminals () and crimping terminals (). According to this invention, a lever plate has a front contact portion which comes into contact with a front face of a mounting object portion a front contact arm having elasticity and rear contact protrusions coming into contact with a rear face of the mounting object portion. Connector supporting mechanism

A connector includes insulating housings, each having a plurality of juxtaposed terminal receiving portions each having an upper opening for the insertion of a connection terminal, and a cover member for covering the upper openings of the terminal receiving portions. The insulating housing is formed by cutting a chain housing, having the terminal receiving portions formed by a plurality of partition walls formed upright on a long base plate portion, into a section having a required number of terminal receiving portions. Terminal retaining portions, which are engageable with housing engagement portions of the connection terminals, inserted into the terminal receiving portions through the upper openings thereof, so as to position the terminals, are formed on the partition walls. Cover engagement portions, which are engageable respectively with the corresponding terminal retaining portions to connect the cover member to the insulating housing, are formed at the cover member.
