Both a test printing pattern during a forth direction printing and a test printing pattern during a back direction printing are displayed on a screen of a display apparatus. The test printing pattern is occurred at a predetermined detection position by counting a value of an up/down counter. A printing position drift between the forth direction printing and the back direction printing is shown on the screen. The optimum printing position drift having the smallest printing position drift amount is detected on the screen by the test printing patterns. A corrected result of the printing position drift is printed. A correction value of the printing position drift is renewed at an optimum value. The printing position drift in such as ruled lines is set at the minimum value. A high quality printing for a document data can be maintained and a high throughput for the document data can be obtained.

An ink-jet recording head apparatus of charge modulation and continuous jet type comprising an annular ink pump chamber defined by the inner peripheral face of a cylindrical electrostrictive element, the annular side faces of a pair of elastic sealing members and the outer peripheral face of a fluid passage-providing insert, a tortuous inlet path connecting the ink pump chamber to a supply source of ink under pressure, and a tortuous outlet path connecting the ink pump chamber to an ink ejection orifice.

Ink-jet recording head apparatus

An ink jet recording apparatus of a dot matrix type in which the amounts of charges given to ink droplets are controlled depending upon recording conditions. The apparatus comprises, in one embodiment, a central processing unit (CPU) capable of generating unit video data and dot data concerning an image to be recorded, a random access memory (RAM) for storing the unit video data, a selector for reading out predetermined number of unit video data among those stored in the RAM, an AND gate receiving the dot data and the selected unit video data and a digital/analog converter for generating from the output of the AND gate an image signal for giving charges to the ink droplets for controlled deflection of them.

An automatic working machine adapted to carry out works such as cutting, filling, tightening and loosening, which comprises a visual unit for detecting, by means of the image information, a plurality of works and obstacles existing on an object, a working unit which works against a particular work and moves in relation to the object, and a tactile sensor provided in the vicinity of the working unit, the working unit being precisely positioned by the aid of the tactile sensor when the visual unit detects the particular work, the relative position being maintained during the operation, and the working unit along with the tactile sensor being retracted when the visual unit detects an obstacle, to avoid collision thereof with the obstacle.
