A retaining member includes a first member and a second member. The first and second member have an engagement structure, thereby forming a retaining structure and an opening through which an electric wire is drawn out. The retaining structure sandwiches and retains a tip end of an exterior member by a groove provided in the first and second members. The first and second members have a regulating structure that regulates pinching of the electric wire in a gap between the first and second members. The regulating structure includes a protrusion in one of the first and second members, and a facing wall in the other member. The regulating structure is configured such that the protrusion and the facing wall overlap each other in a state where the first and second members are most separated from each other within a range allowed by a clearance of the engagement structure.

Retaining member and wire harness

A protector includes a case main body and a cover member. The cover member includes the cover main body part, the first cover part, and the second cover part. The first cover part and the second cover part are at the positions overlapping with each other in the longitudinal direction when viewed from the lateral direction of the cover main body part, and form an insertion space for passing a third extension part of a wiring material WH through in the lateral direction when viewed from the orthogonal direction of the cover main body part. The first cover part includes a movable part that is movable in the orthogonal direction with respect to the cover main body part when viewed from the lateral direction of the cover main body part, and a hinge part that rotatably connects the cover main body part and the movable part.

Protector

A wire harness installation structure includes a wire harness, a protector, and a bending motion mechanism that causes the wire harness to make a bending movement. The wire harness has a first portion that is fixed to the protector, a second portion that is distant from both of the first portion and the protector beyond a bending position of the wire harness, and a third portion that is located between the first portion and the second portion. The second portion and the third portion of the wire harness are fixed on a movable member of the bending motion mechanism, and the wire harness is routed so that a second excess length between the second portion and the third portion is shorter than a first excess length between the first portion and the third portion.

Wire harness installation structure

A slide door structure includes: a slide door provided to be movable with respect to a vehicle body; and a wire harness routed between the vehicle body and the slide door by allowing an electric wire bundle to pass through a bendable exterior member. The wire harness is connected to the slide door by door-side fixture including an outer member attached to the slide door and an inner member provided on the wire harness and supported by the outer member so as to be rotatable about an axis in an upper-lower direction as a center. In the door-side fixture, the inner member is supported by the outer member so as to be slidable in a direction perpendicular to the axis.

Slide door structure

A slide door harness includes a wiring material, a vehicle body-side fixing portion provided in a vehicle body to rotatably hold an end of the wiring material below a lower end of an inner surface member of a slide door, and a door-side fixing portion provided on the slide door to rotatably hold another end of the wiring material, and the door-side fixing portion includes a holding portion configured to hold the another end of the wiring material toward the lower end side of the inner surface member, a first rotating shaft configured to allow the holding portion to rotate around a first rotation axis, and a second rotating shaft configured to allow the holding portion and the first rotating shaft to integrally rotate around a second rotation axis intersecting the first rotation axis.

Slide door harness

Provide is a case that aims at while suppressing upsizing in a height direction to which a load is applied, restraining the application of load to articles accommodated in the accommodating chamber when an external force acts thereon. The case including an accommodating chamber for accommodating an article is provided with an upper wall on which load F acts from above, and an inner surface of the upper wall on the accommodation chamber side is formed into a concave shape. According to this, while suppressing an increase in size in the height direction of the case, it is possible to suppress the application of the load to the article accommodated in the accommodating chamber when the external force acts.

Case and power supply device

A slide protector slidably engaged with a slide rail together with a slide support has a harness holder holding a wire harness and a hooking section capable of hooking the slide support with the harness holder and the hooking section formed integrally. Though the wire harness causes a resistance force when the slide support slides rearward in the sliding direction and the slide protector is pulled rearward, reliability of the attachment structure of the slide protector to the slide support can be enhanced since the hooking section and the harness holder holding the wire harness are formed integrally.

Slide protector

Provided is a power supply device capable of improving workability during assembly and mounting. Accommodating a power source side connector by a cylindrical portion of a case makes a portion where the power source side connector of the harness is provided not pulled out to the outside of the case. Thus the workability at the time of assembling the power feeding device itself can be improved. Also, it is unnecessary to dispose the power source side connector where the passenger unlikely steps on, and simply mating the mating connector with the source side connector makes the workability at the time of mounting the power supply device on the vehicle improved.

Wire-harness routing device

Provided is a sliding power supply device which can reduce entire length of a case extendably housing a wiring harness, for a large slide stroke of a sliding seat and such. The sliding power supply device includes a long case extendably housing a wiring harness, a slider arranged slidable in a longitudinal direction of the case and arranged to lead out the wiring harness to outside of the case, and an extra length absorption portion arranged to support a wiring harness portion lead outside of the case such that the wiring harness portion is lead out at location further away from a movement end of the slider in the longitudinal direction of the case. The extra length absorption portion is a subcase having at least a bottom plate portion. Both ends of the wiring harness portion in a movement direction of the slider are positioned at the same height.

Sliding power supply device

This object aims to provide a wire cabling device which a case can be shared among a plurality of devices for cabling electric wires to a plurality of sliders provided on the right and left sides of an automobile. A wire cabling device () comprises electric wires () for connecting an electronic apparatus mounted onto the floor () of an automobile with an electronic apparatus mounted to a seat (), a case () for housing the intermediate portions of the wires (), a slider capable of moving in linkage with the seat () on a rail installed in the case () while holding the wires (), and a regulation member () which is provided in the case () and regulates the cabling route of the wires () in the case () by defining the case (). The case () is so formed as to have a predetermined tubular cross-section along the sliding direction of the seat () by roll-molding, and the regulation member () is formed independently from the case ().

Wire cabling device and method for manufacturing the same

The protectorA includes a wiring harness fixing memberfixing the wiring harnessled into the rail; a lead-out memberextending with a pipe shape from the wiring harness fixing memberand leading the wiring harnesstherethrough toward the slide body; and a support body mount memberarranged at a mounted member of the support body so as to be movable along a widthwise direction of the rail by having a clearance.

Wiring harness guiding apparatus

An electrical wire routing device for routing an electric wire between a floor in an automobile and a seat includes a case following parallel to a support rail to which a support body supporting the seat is slidably attached. The case includes a tubular movement section attaching the electric wire thereto, guiding the electric wire to the seat, to which a slider sliding in association with the movement of the seat is slidably attached, and a housing section accommodating the extra length of the electric wire. The movement section and the housing section are provided as separated parts and placed parallel to each other. The extra length of the electric wire extracted from one end portion of the movement section and drawn into the housing section is accommodated in the housing section with the electric wire bent in a U-shape. The electric wire is accommodated in the corrugated tube.
