A meshing clutch comprises a rotor with a first meshing clutch, a sleeve with a second meshing clutch and a first cam being supported by a clutch hub and urged so as to release meshing, a cam ring configured to convert movement in a rotational direction into movement in an axial direction to lock the meshing according to cooperation of the first and the second cams, and a cam actuator, a sun gear that receives rotation input, an internal gear meshing with the sun gear through a planet pinion, a planet carrier being provided with a drive pinion for output, a fiction clutch mechanism to adjust connection between the internal gear and the planet carrier according to fastening, and a clutch actuator performing fastening control of the friction clutch mechanism.

Meshing clutch mechanism and two-speed transmission

A transmission comprises a moving mechanism to generate axial force to move the one rotary member and releases the axial force according to generation of coasting torque, an urging mechanism to urge the one rotary member with force being poorer than the axial force being generated by the moving mechanism so that the meshing teeth mesh, the contact body of the urging mechanism arranged in a supporting hole formed on the torque transmission member in a radial direction, and an urging and converting part provided to receive the contact body being urged in the radial direction by the urging functional part and convert a direction of the urging to the axial direction to urge the axial movement of the one rotary member.

Transmission and meshing clutch

A sleeve in the shift control device includes a sleeve main body and a first convex section. The first convex section is annular in shape and protruded radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the sleeve main body. The shift fork includes a fork main body, a second convex section, a ring, and a joining member. The fork main body is annular in shape and disposed radially outside the sleeve main body. The second convex section is annular in shape, axially disposed side by side with the first convex section, and protruded radially inward from the inner circumferential surface of the fork main body. The first convex section is axially sandwiched between the ring and the second convex section. The joining member is disposed in a space that is formed by a first groove formed in the ring and a second groove formed in the fork main body.

Shift control device

The present invention is capable of suppressing gear shift shocks or delays in acceleration with no interruption of driving force and reducing the weight. Disclosed is a transmission which is provided with multiple stage shift gears so arranged to shift a number of dog clutches to shift a gear to the upper stage of the multiple stage shift gears, and is characterized in that a guide part is provided to a shift operation section and the dog clutches on each of the sages so as to move the lower dog clutch in a neutral direction by a coasting torque acting on the lower stage by a shift rotation of the upper stage to release a meshing engagement when meshing engagements of the lower and upper dog clutches are simultaneously performed by an operation of the shift operation section.

Transmission and shift control system

A handling mechanism of a gearshift which enable to shift endlessly into neutral, first-speed, second-speed, third-speed, fourth-speed, fifth-speed, neutral, first-speed, second-speed, third-speed, fourth-speed, fifth-speed for example can be used for the wire-typed and lot-typed transmission. The gearshift handling mechanism can be shifted endlessly and mechanically into neutral, first-speed, second-speed, third-speed, fourth-speed, fifth-speed, neutral, first-speed, second-speed, third-speed, fourth-speed, fifth-speed for example via the operation lever which is moved in the forward-backward direction.
